      Summary:
      We are seeking an experienced Sr. Information Security Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing secure solutions across networks, cloud environments, platforms, and applications. The successful candidate will perform thorough assessments to identify and mitigate security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities. Collaborating with various departments, you will develop strategies to strengthen our security posture and foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness.

      Responsibilities:

      Security Design and Implementation

      • Collaborate with technical leadership to establish and implement security technologies, standards, and strategies.
      • Design and deploy security solutions for network, cloud, platform, and application environments.
      • Lead the development and execution of security architecture for both on-premises and cloud systems

      Threat Assessment and Mitigation

      • Conduct comprehensive threat assessments on applications, hosts, and networks to identify vulnerabilities.
      • Develop action plans to mitigate identified security risks and vulnerabilities.

      Security Operations and Monitoring

      • Analyze security logs to detect vulnerabilities and suspicious activities.
      • Lead incident response activities, ensuring effective handling and resolution of security incidents.

      Team Collaboration and Mentoring

      • Mentor and cross-train team members on security best practices and technologies.
      • Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure application design.

      Research and Compliance

      • Stay updated on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits.
      • Work with external partners for security penetration testing and assessments.
      • Periodically test and evaluate security controls to ensure compliance with policies and standards.

      Documentation and Reporting

      • Create detailed security documentation, including network security diagrams.
      • Report on security incidents, assessments, and compliance evaluations.
      • Strengthen KPIs and metrics for measuring response effectiveness and provide clear and consistent reporting to internal stakeholders.

      Position Requirements

      • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise Information Security roles
      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
      • A strong understanding of computer networking concepts, protocols, network security, security engineering, and architecture concepts.
      • Strong understanding of Cryptography, Authentication, Authorization, Secrets Management, Data Security, Web Technologies, and Cloud Security.
      • Experience implementing and managing security solutions like EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM, Web Proxies, SIEM, SOAR
      • Experience with incident response and root cause analysis.
      • Proficiency in Security Operations, Cyber Security engineering, and endpoint protection domains.
      • Solid experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems, including virtualization, containers, and cloud technologies.
      • Ability to lead security engineering projects and effectively communicate with business partners.
      • Relevant certifications such as Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar certifications are preferred.
      • Expert knowledge of Python and PowerShell and familiarity with other programming languages
      • Hands-on experience analyzing and responding to security events, such as conducting log analysis, developing queries and analytics, troubleshooting security issues, and correlating complex data sets.
      • Ability to identify trends, insights, and relationships between internal and external data and intelligence sources to make risk mitigation recommendations.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

    Summary:

    Summary:
    The Manager, Audio-Visual will provide operational leadership for all elements of the technical/audio-visual services at the assigned location(s) to ensure customer-focused service delivery.     Responsibilities:

This position will primarily be housed at Rush University Medical Center and will also provide services at the new Long-Term Acute Care Hospital—Rush Specialty Hospital. The new 100-bed facility is a combined critical illness recovery and inpatient rehabilitation hospital on the Rush University Medical Center campus. The hospital features 44 critical illness recovery and 56 inpatient rehabilitation beds and is outfitted with the latest technology.

    Eligible candidates should be board certified or eligible in Rehabilitation Psychology and possess a strong clinical background with a broad range of mental disorders. Candidates will join the faculty of our interdisciplinary collaborative academic medical center, and supervise and teach postdoctoral fellows, residents, medical students and other trainees. Opportunities for participation in research and other academic or administrative functions may be available depending on candidates’ background and experience.     The Division of Hospital Psychology provides psychological services to patients and families admitted in critical care, acute care, acute rehabilitation and critical illness recovery units. Within this division, the Section of Rehabilitation Psychology comprises multiple service lines, including Consultation/Liaison Psychology for critical care and acute care units, Rehabilitation Psychology for acute rehabilitation and critical illness recovery units, and a small outpatient clinic designed to meet the needs of recently discharged patients.

    The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for critical care and acute care patient needs. They will work closely with the Advanced Heart Therapies team, providing pre-surgical psychological evaluations and follow-up care for cardiology patients. They will also work closely with clinical services across the hospital, caring for patients with new disabilities, new medical diagnoses, and other rehabilitation psychology and critical care psychology needs. The successful candidate will provide leadership and program development services to system-wide mental health expansion efforts, in collaboration with other mental health providers across the system.

    Additionally, the successful candidate will occasionally provide direct patient services and supervision to trainees at Rush Specialty Hospital, serving patients and families admitted to the acute rehabilitation and critical care illness recovery units.

    The position is primarily servicing inpatient units, but if interested, the successful candidate may choose to take on a small number of post-discharge clinic patients.

The new 100-bed facility is a combined critical illness recovery and inpatient rehabilitation hospital on the Rush University Medical Center campus. The hospital features 44 critical illness recovery and 56 inpatient rehabilitation beds and is outfitted with the latest technology.

    Eligible candidates should be board certified or eligible in Rehabilitation Psychology and possess a strong clinical background with a broad range of mental disorders. Candidates will join the faculty of our interdisciplinary collaborative academic medical center, and supervise and teach postdoctoral fellows, residents, medical students and other trainees.     The Division of Hospital Psychology provides psychological services to patients and families admitted in critical care, acute care, acute rehabilitation and critical illness recovery units. Within this division, the Section of Rehabilitation Psychology comprises multiple service lines, including Consultation/Liaison Psychology for critical care and acute care units, Rehabilitation Psychology for acute rehabilitation and critical illness recovery units, and a small outpatient clinic designed to meet the needs of recently discharged patients.

    The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for critical care and acute care patient needs. They will work closely with the Advanced Heart Therapies team, providing pre-surgical psychological evaluations and follow-up care for cardiology patients. They will also work closely with clinical services across the hospital, caring for patients with new disabilities, new medical diagnoses, and other rehabilitation psychology and critical care psychology needs. The successful candidate will provide leadership and program development services to system-wide mental health expansion efforts, in collaboration with other mental health providers across the system.

    Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances.     Pay Range: $114,000 - $147,000
