The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatology at Rush University Medical Center is seeking a full-time BC/BE Neonatologist to join our growing academic faculty in downtown Chicago, IL.

Our state-of-the-art, 72-bed, single-family-room Level III+ NICU serves as a regional referral center caring for extremely premature infants, medically complex surgical newborns, and infants with complex congenital anomalies. Working alongside an outstanding Maternal-Fetal Medicine service and multidisciplinary Fetal-Neonatal Medicine Center, we provide coordinated prenatal consultation and comprehensive care for families facing the most challenging fetal diagnoses.

Qualifications
●Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required
●Eligible to be licensed to practice Medicine in the state of Illinois required
●Completion of an accredited Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship program
●Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
●Willing and able to travel between clinical locations to serve our growing patient population
Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
Pay Range:
Assistant Professor – Associate Professor:$280,000 - $380,000
Assistant Professor – Professor:$280,000 - $415,000
