Pay Range: $46.07 - $77.40 per hour

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Manager to lead our delivery team for the ServiceNow Portfolio Management (SPM) module. This role is pivotal in articulating SPM vision and will be responsible for managing the delivery of products, services, or projects related to SPM, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role typically works across various departments to ensure seamless coordination between teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. The Delivery Manager is instrumental in driving the execution of business goals while maintaining high performance, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
This position demands a strategic thinker who can articulate a clear vision for the SPM module while ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives. The incumbent will oversee the comprehensive product roadmap, delivery management working collaboratively with both business and technology stakeholders to drive the successful design, development, and implementation of the SPM module across the organization.
The SPM Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a product or product feature from the conceptual stage through launch and post-launch support. Key responsibilities include directing and managing multiple projects concurrently, facilitating the adoption of industry best practices, and ensuring that the implemented technology solutions meet and exceed business expectations. Additionally, this role will serve as a liaison between IT stakeholders and business units, fostering a shared understanding of goals and objectives, and promoting effective communication across all organizational levels.

oEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
oExperience: 4-7 years of experience in project management, product delivery, or related roles, with a strong understanding of the delivery lifecycle.

oEnsure that the product roadmap is being executed efficiently by managing sprint cycles, releases, and iterations.
oAddress and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery phase.

oManage project resources, including staffing, technology, and tools, to ensure optimal delivery.
