Pay Range: $55.75 - $93.66 per hour

The pay range for each role reflects Rush’s anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.
Summary:
Responsible for planning, installing, and maintaining a technical infrastructure (including hardware, software, servers, storage solutions, networks, and physical facilities) that supports critical business needs. Supervises a team of help desk representatives. Provide outstanding customer support for end-user computing environment. Demonstrates a working knowledge of best practices and follows documented processes and procedures in facilitation of service recovery, refresh, maintenance, moves and various other project related activities. Effectively interacts in collaboration with immediate team, vendors, customers and all levels of service staff. Utilizes incident, project management systems to document and record all activities associated with client requests and incidents. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.
