Summary:
The Administrative Assistant 3 works independently on multiple tasks simultaneously maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant 3 must be able to focus and perform well under pressure with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines. Provides administrative duties including composition of letters and reports as well as planning, developing and completing assignments with minimal direction. 1.Answers all telephone calls within your work assignment as designated by your leadership with the goals of accurately scheduling patients as determined by departmental and Epic guidelines.

Long-Term Acute Care Hospitalist

The new 100-bed facility is a combined critical illness recovery and inpatient rehabilitation hospital on the Rush University Medical Center campus. The RUSH Specialty Hospital is outfitted with the latest technology and features 44 critical illness recovery and 56 inpatient rehabilitation beds.

The Division of Hospital Medicine is comprised of over 70 faculty members focused on clinical excellence, education, quality improvement, patient safety and clinical research. The Division sees over 85,000 patients a year with treatment teams consisting of residents, medical students and Advanced Practice Providers (APP). Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range: $290,000 - $360,000
