We’re passionate about health equity: for the communities we serve, for our patients and for our employees. We know that the South and West Sides of Chicago have historically been underserved. Rush has built a strong Office of Community Health Equity and Engagement, and we founded the RUSH BMO Institute of Health Equity. As part of our Anchor Mission strategy, we hire, invest, buy and source, and volunteer locally. We’ve invested more than $6 million on the West Side since 2018, and that number continues to grow every year.
