      Summary:
      The Research Scientist conducts advanced experiments in breast cancer biology, analyzes and reports findings, and contributes to high-impact publications and grant proposals. This role manages day-to-day laboratory operations, ensures safety and compliance, and supports collaborative research that advances discoveries in breast cancer.       Required Qualifications
      •Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in a biological science or related field. Highly experienced Master’s degree candidates with preferred qualifications may be considered.

      •Minimum 3 years of laboratory research experience.
      •Prior experience working specifically in cancer research.

          4.RNs hired prior to 10/22/2020 are grandfathered in with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or diploma in nursing, with no further need to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BAN or BSN).
          5.Chief Nursing Officer must provide approval for any RNs with ADN degree hired after 10/22/2020, based upon unit need.           On the operational side, the Chair manages the departmental budget, staffing, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.           Required Qualifications

          • Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH, DHA, DBA, or equivalent) or equivalent experience in Health Services Research, Health Policy, Public Health, Business/Health Administration, Health Systems Management, or a related field.           • 10–12 years of progressive healthcare management and leadership experience
          • Minimum 5 years in academic roles with teaching and curriculum development responsibilities
