      Summary:
      General Summary:
      The Research Assistant is responsible for collecting information from participants according to the established sleep and circadian protocols. Conduct interviews, epidemiological, social or behavioral assessments, and collect data and/or biological samples from research participants and families in studies.       Required Job Qualifications:
      •Some college with prior data collection experience required.
      •Entry level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets and other databases.

      Responsibilities:
      Responsibilities:
      1.Recruit and screen study participants: posting ads, distributing flyers, calling participants, meeting with participants virtually or in person.
      2.Administer tests and questionnaires according to research study protocols.
      3.Maintain study records and editing for completeness and accuracy.
      4.Write, update, and prepare lab instructions and study related materials.
      5.Enter and analyze data: data entry of sleep logs and other forms, manipulating spreadsheets, making graphs, etc.
      6.Run study participants: preparing equipment and experimental rooms, following checklists, running laboratory sessions, writing accurate chart notes, handling equipment emergencies, monitoring and engaging with research participants, etc.

    Summary:
    The Oncology Nurse Navigator 2 is a registered nurse (RN) who works with physician practices and multi-disciplinary teams to promote the effective utilization of services and coordination of care for patients within the Cancer Center service line. The Oncology Nurse Navigator 2 contributes to the assessment of patients' psychosocial, financial and clinical needs throughout the continuum of care ensuring high quality care while supporting quality metrics of the Cancer Center and Rush University Medical Center The Oncology Nurse Navigator 2 functions as a liaison between patients, physician practices, the hospital, and the community performing functions that meet the core competencies of oncology navigation; Care Coordination, Communication, Education, and Professional Role/Care as well as the domains of the Profession Practice Model; Relationships and Caring, Evidence Based Practice, Technical Expertise, Critical Thinking and Leadership.     Summary:
    Within the office of Research Affairs, Staff Attorney reviews and negotiates contracts. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines for contracting. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures

    Requirements: 
    •Juris Doctorate required.
    •Experience with contracts and form agreements recommended.

    Responsibilities:
    •Negotiates agreements directly with vendors, contract research organizations, and industry sponsors.
    •Resolves complex contractual issues and legally binding terms.
    •Effectively identifies and negotiates contract language acceptable to Rush and Rush's status as a non-profit academic medical center.
    •Drafts and provides initial legal review of contracts and other relevant documents, including but not limited to the following types: clinical trial agreements ("CTAs"), confidentiality disclosure agreements ("CDAs"), independent contractor agreements ("ICAs"), material transfer agreements, research related data use agreements, service agreements, business associate agreements, and subcontracts; particularly with respect to compliance with government, sponsor, and institutional policies.
    •Issues final legal approval on contracts and ensures contracts are ready for signature by the institution’s authorized signatory.
    •Acts as a main point of contact for business team on contracts and provides regular updates as requested.
    •Advises, assists, and trains faculty and staff to ensure compliance with institutional policy and federal regulations related to contracting.
    •Develops Rush contract templates for various types of arrangements.
    •Maintains a library of pre-approved form documents, contract clauses, templates, historical documents, and adds or revises material as needed.
    •Drafts and develops policies, and standard operating procedures.
    •Monitors contracting turnaround times with a focus on streamlining the review process.
