Summary:
The Senior Director of Development, Major and Principal Gifts is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising plans to secure and steward gifts from RUSH Trustees, grateful patients, and other prospective donors within their portfolio. Summary:

Position Summary
The Vice Chair serves as the department’s primary liaison for hospital and clinical operations, supporting quality, safety, access, and operational excellence.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Liaison with hospital and Rush Medical Group leadership on clinical operations
• Lead operational initiatives
• Develop systems for issue identification and resolution
• Participate in hospital and departmental committees
• Support inpatient and outpatient operational performance
Qualifications:
• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum 10 years academic experience
• Associate Professor or Professor rank preferred
• Valid Illinois medical license or ability to obtain licensure

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Pay Range: $341,000 - $468,000 (Associate Professor)

Summary:
The Supervisor, Coding will lead on-site staff, promoting accuracy, security, and compliant medical records that meet accreditation, licensing, and reimbursement requirements and efficient operations. This leader oversees operations at a health information site office, improves efficiency, promotes a positive culture and the use of Epic automation and ancillary software solutions along with exemplifying the Rush mission, vision and values and act in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

•Associate degree in health information technology, healthcare management, or other related fields or 10 years of industry experience in lieu of a degree
•AHIMA or AAPC Certification (such as CCS, CCA, CPC, COC, CPMA, RHIT or RHIA)

•Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word skills
•Strong interpersonal skills necessary for communication and training of health information management concepts

1.Leads daily operations of coding staff that are responsible for accounts within assigned Epic work queues.

7.Establishes and oversees productivity and quality standards along with coding accuracy.
8.Strategically assign work within the functional areas in scope and ensure cross-training occurs to expand organizational goals and personal growth of staff members.
9.Build relationships within the revenue cycle, compliance, ancillary departments, clinical areas, vendors, and consultants of the organization that serve as mutually beneficial partnerships to ensure revenue cycle goals are achieved
10.Keeps abreast of changing industry and regulatory requirements and communicates changes to impacted leaders, staff, and provides training
11.Identify trends and lead performance improvement efforts through multi-disciplinary teams to streamline processes, enhance automation, train staff, and promote accuracy

13.Collect, interpret, and communicate performance data using various tools and systems, while also using this data to make decisions on how to achieve performance
