General Summary:
The Informatics Pharmacist specializes in the medication process, from ordering to administration, and is responsible for effective process design, development, and implementation of Pharmacy automation, Electronic Medical Record and Clinical Decision Support. In addition, this role supports pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and other clinicians as the resource for pharmacy requests related to Epic and other technology. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the design, build, implementation, and support of pharmacy systems, including but not limited to Epic, Alaris, BD Logistics, and Pyxis.
• Independently manages assigned projects for planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, upgrading, testing, and maintenance of the pharmacy information systems as it pertains to strategic priorities.
• Coordinates projects for system installations and enhancements, including system building, testing, quality assurance, implementation, and post-implementation review.
• Provides user education and training based on system enhancements, new system installations or reengineering of processes, to maintain a high level of effectiveness, efficiency, and competency.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings including but not limited to, Clinical Decision Support, Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Pharmacy-Nursing, Anticoagulation Committee, Drug Utilization Evaluation Committee, and Chemotherapy Sub-Committee to maintain and enhance Epic functionality.
• Collaborates effectively with the department of Digital & Information Service (D&IS).
• Maintains appropriate working relationships with pharmacy staff, managers, and leaders throughout the Rush System.
• Evaluates and implements regulatory billing code changes and participates in integrated testing scenarios as necessary.
• Develops and utilizes reports from various systems to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborates with Patient Care Finance on medication charging in Epic.
• Responsible for adhering to department policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates understanding of interfaces, charge capture, revenue stream, 340B, purchasing, and medication pricing.
• Consistently works towards the department mission and vision, along with the strategic plan devised by the Chief Pharmacy Officer.
• Required to work with pharmacy residents and students for training and precepting purposes.
• Responsible for staffing roles including, but not limited to: IT/Epic Willow on-call, pharmacist staffing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualified candidates must possess a strong commitment to patient care, education, and research. Candidates must have completed a Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship, be board certified/board eligible and be eligible for faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor level or above. The candidate will have an opportunity to build a robust clinical practice encompassing all aspects of pediatric otolaryngology, to teach residents and medical students, and to develop a successful research program. The position offers the opportunity to expand this highly ranked program at the Rush main campus and regional sites that will help support the growth of the Section of Pediatric Otolaryngology. Candidates would take part in robust multidisciplinary clinical programs, including Pediatric Aerodigestive Program and Craniofacial Center, while also having the opportunity to grow clinical programs, including airway reconstruction and head and neck masses. The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Rush University Medical Center is recruiting for a tenure-track full-time faculty position in the Section of Neuropsychology. Clinical responsibilities will include provision of inpatient and outpatient neuropsychological services to a very diverse adult patient population with neurological, medical, and/or psychiatric conditions, including individuals with seizures, neurodegenerative conditions, vascular diseases, auto-immune disorders (e. g. , multiple sclerosis, lupus, etc.), normal pressure hydrocephalus, traumatic brain injury, brain tumors, cancers, etc. Teaching responsibilities include supervision of trainees through the neuropsychology track of the APA-accredited internship program and APPCN post-doctoral fellowship program in neuropsychological assessment and intervention in addition to lectures for neuropsychology trainees and residents and fellows in other disciplines. Research and scholarly activities will be expected. For the interested candidate, opportunities to teach in the medical school may also be available.
This position offers rank and salary commensurate with experience. Applicants must have completed a doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology program with specialized training in neuropsychology as well as internship (APA-accredited) and a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship training in adult clinical neuropsychology. Eligible candidates must be license-eligible in the State of Illinois and ABPP Board certified or eligible in Clinical Neuropsychology.

General Summary:
The Informatics Pharmacist specializes in the medication process, from ordering to administration, and is responsible for effective process design, development, and implementation of Pharmacy automation, Electronic Medical Record and Clinical Decision Support. In addition, this role supports pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and other clinicians as the resource for pharmacy requests related to Epic and other technology. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the design, build, implementation, and support of pharmacy systems, including but not limited to Epic, Alaris, BD Logistics, and Pyxis.
• Independently manages assigned projects for planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, upgrading, testing, and maintenance of the pharmacy information systems as it pertains to strategic priorities.
• Coordinates projects for system installations and enhancements, including system building, testing, quality assurance, implementation, and post-implementation review.
• Provides user education and training based on system enhancements, new system installations or reengineering of processes, to maintain a high level of effectiveness, efficiency, and competency.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings including but not limited to, Clinical Decision Support, Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Pharmacy-Nursing, Anticoagulation Committee, Drug Utilization Evaluation Committee, and Chemotherapy Sub-Committee to maintain and enhance Epic functionality.
• Collaborates effectively with the department of Digital & Information Service (D&IS).
• Maintains appropriate working relationships with pharmacy staff, managers, and leaders throughout the Rush System.
• Evaluates and implements regulatory billing code changes and participates in integrated testing scenarios as necessary.
• Develops and utilizes reports from various systems to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborates with Patient Care Finance on medication charging in Epic.
• Responsible for adhering to department policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates understanding of interfaces, charge capture, revenue stream, 340B, purchasing, and medication pricing.
• Consistently works towards the department mission and vision, along with the strategic plan devised by the Chief Pharmacy Officer.
• Required to work with pharmacy residents and students for training and precepting purposes.
• Responsible for staffing roles including, but not limited to: IT/Epic Willow on-call, pharmacist staffing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

The Otolaryngology department has 21 faculty, 8 APPs, and 11 audiologists that provide comprehensive array of otolaryngology services at the main campus and 6 regional sites. The department is planning to add 3 additional faculty over the next year and two additional regional sites to support clinical expansion. The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Rush University Medical Center is recruiting for a tenure-track full-time faculty position in the Section of Neuropsychology. Clinical responsibilities will include provision of inpatient and outpatient neuropsychological services to a very diverse adult patient population with neurological, medical, and/or psychiatric conditions, including individuals with seizures, neurodegenerative conditions, vascular diseases, auto-immune disorders (e. g. , multiple sclerosis, lupus, etc.), normal pressure hydrocephalus, traumatic brain injury, brain tumors, cancers, etc. Teaching responsibilities include supervision of trainees through the neuropsychology track of the APA-accredited internship program and APPCN post-doctoral fellowship program in neuropsychological assessment and intervention in addition to lectures for neuropsychology trainees and residents and fellows in other disciplines. Research and scholarly activities will be expected. For the interested candidate, opportunities to teach in the medical school may also be available.
This position offers rank and salary commensurate with experience. Applicants must have completed a doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology program with specialized training in neuropsychology as well as internship (APA-accredited) and a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship training in adult clinical neuropsychology. Eligible candidates must be license-eligible in the State of Illinois and ABPP Board certified or eligible in Clinical Neuropsychology.

Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) functions as an advanced generalist providing and managing care for patients, individuals, families, and communities in the microsystem. The CNL is a point of care expert clinician, outcomes manager, client advocate, educator, information manager, system analyst/risk anticipator, team lead, professional, and lifelong learner. The CNL collaborates with nursing leadership and the healthcare team, and serves as guardian of care, coordinator for the improvement of patient care outcomes, and resource in the management of clinically complex patients. The CNL provides insight regarding the microsystem for collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) on macrosystem processes and outcomes.
