      Summary:
      The Manager, Epic Willow is responsible for leading the Epic Willow application team within the Digital & Information Services department. This role oversees the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and support of the Epic Willow Ambulatory system, ensuring its alignment with Rush’s clinical and operational needs. The Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, providing leadership to ensure system stability, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance.       Responsibilities:

      • Manages and maintains all financial reports for the departments 15 IS accounting units.
      • Analyzes accounting unit and department budget comparisons monthly, generates detailed monthly reports and reconciles all financial reports.
      • Collaborates with the IS leadership team to manage the fiscal year capital and operating budget submissions.
      • Supports the Information Services leadership team by providing budget projections and lending administrative expertise in regard to expense planning and budget issues.
      • Provides training and oversight on the budget process and other administrative operational functions.
      • Manages all of the accounts receivable, payable and journal entries.
      • Serves as the key point person with vendors regarding invoices, ensuring that vendors are paid in a timely manner.
      • Orients and provides on-going support to departmental staff on Rush policies and procedures as it relates to outside vendors, including contract review and approval, purchase orders and invoices.
      • Assists the department managers with the hiring process.

      Required Job Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience required.
      • In lieu of bachelor's degree 9-10 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with experience preferably in healthcare or information services

      Rush University System for Health (RUSH) invites applications for the position of Medical Weight Loss Advanced Practice Provider (APP). This role will primarily practice at Rush's Outpatient Center in Munster, IN on a four-day, 10-hour schedule with no weekends, while also rotating at Rush’s main downtown Chicago location one day per week. This provider will function independently in their own clinic.

      *Applicants with previous Advanced Practice Provider experience preferred but not required. Preferred candidates have an interest in medical management of obesity and lifestyle medicine and have a strong background in internal medicine or managing chronic health conditions.

      The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a licensed physician assistant (PA) or advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) who functions as a member of the health care team to provide high quality, comprehensive acute and/or routine medical/surgical care of Rush patients within the scope of practice granted in accordance with the Rush University Medical Center medical staff bylaws.       Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees.     Summary:
