      Summary:
      The Director of Accounts Payable, is responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and implementing strategies to optimize and automate financial operations. This role involves managing a team, developing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The Director of Accounts Payable plays a critical role in ensuring RUSH maintains positive relationships with vendors and suppliers while managing cash flow efficiently. This is a pivotal role in moving the Accounts Payable department forward with designing and implementing automation within the department in coordination with our Supply Chain department.
      This role also supports continued process improvement, assists in managing projects, which drive efficiency and productivity through the department, and creates an environment of continued growth and development of staff and resources. Partners with the other senior finance leaders and operations management to drive business results, implement cross-functional strategies, provide strategic business analysis and recommendations, assess risks and opportunities and develop action plans for complex business issues as related to the Accounts Payable Shared Service. Delivers a customer service focused framework while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) through effective management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other key non-contractual metrics.       Required Job Qualifications:
      •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with at least three to seven years of relevant leadership experience in leading accounting teams and operations, with a proven track record of success.
      •Extensive experience in accounts payable management, including leadership roles.
      •Proven track record of implementing automation solutions in financial processes.
      •Experience with complex integrated and highly automated ERP Systems supporting Accounts Payable automation; must have large ERP AP Automation system experience.
      •Experience performing accounting, reconciliation, and internal controls, preferably in an academic medical center environment, with significant sponsored research activities.

      Summary:

      Join our growing team of dedicated Cancer Subspecialties team of healthcare providers delivering high-quality, specialized care for cancer patients dealing with physical, cognitive, emotional, and social complications of cancer diagnosis and treatment. This role will focus on enhancing the quality of life and function for patients after treatment as well as preventing impairments from developing.  

      The selected individual will join the Cancer Subspecialities team at the Rush MD Anderson Cancer Center, alongside the director of Cancer Rehabilitation and an exercise physiologist. This is a 100% outpatient position. The successful candidate will work with cancer rehabilitation patients and be expected to continue the growth of our prehabilitation and survivorship programs. They will work closely in an inter- and multi-disciplinary fashion with oncology providers, therapists, supportive oncology, and more. Anticipated start date is fall 2025, but other dates may be considered.

    Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution in downtown Chicago, and the Department of Diagnostic Radiology & Nuclear Medicine seek a full-time fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join the large and growing Neuroradiology Division.

    MD or DO candidate applicants should have neuroradiology fellowship training and/or be eligible for subspecialty CAQ certification in neuroradiology. The position is hybrid, and clinical duties include interpreting neuroradiology imaging studies and performing basic image-guided spinal procedures. The selected candidate will work closely with radiology residents, neuroradiology fellows, and medical students from Rush Medical College. In addition, the candidate will collaborate with professionals in neurology, neurosurgery, otolaryngology, orthopedics, and radiation oncology. There are opportunities to participate in administration, research, hospital committees, and quality initiatives. Research experience or interest is encouraged.

    The Department comprises 52 subspecialized radiologists and 6 medical physicists and maintains an excellent long-term relationship with referring clinicians and hospital leadership. The Neuroradiology Division comprises 14 neuroradiologists actively participating in several tumor boards, teaching conferences, and research. Technical highlights include 14 clinical MRI units, 3T research MRI, 12 CT scanners (including multiple dual-energy CT systems), and 2 state-of-the-art photon-counting CTs.

    Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

    Pay Range: $442,800 - $586,000
