Summary:
The RUSH Access Center Specialist I manages all clinical and non-clinical calls and performs clinic activities including routine and advanced scheduling, basic triage, message taking, and referral management. The RUSH Access Center Specialist I collaborates with Access Center team members and practice staff to meet overall access, revenue cycle and scheduling objectives while exceeding customers’ expectations. 1.Answers all telephone calls within your work assignment as designated by your leadership with the goals of accurately scheduling patients as determined by departmental and Epic guidelines.

10.Effectively completes point of service collections over the phone using secure payment processing systems via multiple payment options, such as credit/debit cards and/or payment plans.

Summary:
The Simulation Laboratory Technician is responsible for assisting the RUSL Supervisor in scheduling simulation training sessions, stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment, setting up and taking down simulation training scenarios, and operating and maintaining electronic simulators, task trainers, audiovisual, and computerized equipment. • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years of patient care experience as a Paramedic, EMT, Simulation Technician or Operating Room Technician.

• Baccalaureate in a health related discipline.
• Background in Medical Technology, Emergency Medical Procedures, or Critical Care.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is a key member of the Rush University System for Health community.
