      Summary:
      This position develops, builds, and modifies Epic Hospital Billing(HB) and related applications. Writes documentation specifications, fact-finding and analyzes results and proposes solutions or recommendations. Builds, configures and/or modifying applications using existing application tools.        Clinical: 

      •Assists physicians in performing procedures consistent with the standards of care and practice guidelines, within the Orthopedic Department.

      Summary 

      The Per Diem Midnight Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of central drug distribution operations during overnight hours. This includes sterile compounding (IV admixtures and chemotherapy), repackaging of oral liquids, and oral unit dose dispensing via carousel systems. The pharmacist will perform comprehensive Epic order verification to ensure medication therapy is accurate, safe, and clinically appropriate. Key responsibilities also include coordinating timely medication delivery to nursing units, providing oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians, and always maintaining clear and professional communication. Strong multitasking skills and adherence to appropriate phone etiquette are essential for success in this role.       Summary:
      The Transplant Coordinator RN 2 is responsible for coordination of the evaluation and preparation of patients for organ transplantation and long-term management of patients after transplant. The Transplant Coordinator is responsible for coordinating care across multiple areas in order to provide continuity of patient care across settings. This position is also responsible for performing initial assessment of transplant evaluated patients and providing follow-up post-transplant care, which could be performed in hospital or outpatient clinics.     •Oversees the entire clinical experience to assure that there is coordination and continuum of patient care plans and execution of those plans to tie the service together. Consults with physicians and/or surgeons regarding the care of patients for more complex diagnosis. Dictates discharge and transfer summaries in a timely manner. Ensures patient discharge is coordinated with social worker, pharmacist, physical therapist, and/or other services as needed.

     •Serves as a liaison between clinical and administrative staff, clinical and nursing staff in other departments, and consult services. Responsible for orientation and training of new APPs.

    EXPERIENCE:

    Summary 

    The Per Diem Midnight Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of central drug distribution operations during overnight hours. This includes sterile compounding (IV admixtures and chemotherapy), repackaging of oral liquids, and oral unit dose dispensing via carousel systems. The pharmacist will perform comprehensive Epic order verification to ensure medication therapy is accurate, safe, and clinically appropriate. Key responsibilities also include coordinating timely medication delivery to nursing units, providing oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians, and always maintaining clear and professional communication. Strong multitasking skills and adherence to appropriate phone etiquette are essential for success in this role.      Responsibilities
