This provider will join a team of both physicians and APPs that provides 24/7 care to critically ill medical patients at the Rush main campus. APPs will work autonomously and in collaboration with Rush pulmonary/critical care attending physicians and fellows and will be required to perform a number of procedures including central line placements, paracentesis and temporary hemodialysis catheter placements, among other duties.

Department/division specs

• There are more than 400 APPs employed across the Rush system. The AICU team is fully staffed with 9 APPs.
• We work closely with many departments (palliative care, hepatology, gastroenterology, infectious disease, etc.) as part of a multidisciplinary approach in the ICU.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·The AICU is a 28-bed unit that is staffed by both medical and surgical ICU teams.

·This position is 100% inpatient.

Preferred Qualifications:

·Applicants with previous Advanced Practice Provider experience in the ICU is required.

·APRN Candidates will require Acute Care Certification.

Summary:
As a key role in the Revenue Integrity team, the Auditor & Educator is responsible for conducting reviews of EMR documentation of patient encounters to ensure coding accuracy and documentation adequacy. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

This role is located in (Englewood and Vernon),  Los Angeles, California.

This role will involve providing nursing care in a worksite-based primary care clinic for foodservice workers in Los Angeles, California. Services provided will include the following: urgent care, health screenings, health education and promotion, and referrals to affordable community-based health care centers. 

Summary:

The faculty member of the College of Nursing contributes to the mission of the college by integrating the roles of teacher, researcher/scholar/clinician, and leader. The details of the faculty’s workload distribution will be negotiated with the Chairperson, based on the needs of the College of Nursing, as well as on candidate’s expertise and interest. Workload is determined one year in advance and annual reviews are done based on college needs and/or faculty requests.

Job Qualifications:
Nurse faculty of a professional nursing program shall have:
1.A graduate degree in Nursing
2.Experience in clinical specialty
3.Current licensure in the State of Illinois. If working remotely, current RN licensure in home state of residence is required.
