      Summary:
      The Provider Relations HR Business Partner (PRBP) is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with employed and affiliated providers across clinical, academic, and administrative domains. Acting as a strategic liaison between physicians, advance practice providers (APPs) and healthcare system leadership, the PRBP focuses on physician and APP performance management, strategic alignment, conflict resolution, engagement, and retention.       Responsibilities:
      •Serve as the primary HR contact for physician and APP leaders and employed physicians and APPs across Rush.
      •Build and maintain trusted relationships with physician and APP leadership to support engagement, retention, and alignment with organizational goals.
      •Collaborate with Rush Medical Group leadership to align HR strategies with physician and APP workforce needs and operational priorities.
      •Act as a strategic business partner to understand departmental goals and drive workforce performance and engagement.

    Summary:
