      Summary:
      The Teacher is a member of the teaching team who assists with care and education of an assigned group of children. The Teacher will be responsible for the observation and documentation of children's behavior to further guide the curriculum and will routinely share these observations of the children with their parents.       Neonatology Advanced Practice Provider

      Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, located in downtown Chicago, invites applications for the position of Neonatology Advanced Practice Provider to join its Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatology.

      About the Department:

      Join a thriving, academically driven department that blends strong clinical care with robust educational programs. Our Team includes:

      • 7 Neonatologists, 2 Neonatology Fellows, and 14 fellow NICU APPs
      • The Renée Schine Crown Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a Level-3, 72 bed (single-roomed), state-of-the-art unit.
      • We care for critically ill infants who are born at Rush and/or transferred in from network hospitals. Our patient mix ranges from extremely preterm infants to those with complex surgical needs.
      • Our center has had consistent excellent outcomes in several major neonatal morbidities in very low birth weight infants within the Vermont Oxford Network.
      • The Division partners with Obstetrics and Pediatric subspecialists to provide pre-natal care and consultation through our multidisciplinary Fetal-Neonatal Center.
      • Our productive NICU Human Milk research team at Rush conducts clinical and translational research in diverse areas: clinical, neurodevelopmental, and economic outcomes associated with mother’s own milk and donor milk, disparities in lactation, maternal, infant and milk microbiome, human milk science, and lactation physiology.

      Duties & Responsibilities:

      • 100% Inpatient
      • Provide delivery room attendance and management, direct patient care, procedures, and neonatal transport
      • The schedule includes 10-hour day shifts, 16-hour overnight (4pm – 8am), and optional 24-hour shifts (24-hour shifts are not required) on a rotating schedule- handled through self-scheduling guidelines
      • Role will report to the two NICU Co-Lead APPs

      Experienced NICU APPs may qualify for an up to $20,000 signing bonus!

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Applicants with previous Advanced Practice Provider experience in neonatology is preferred.
      • APRN Candidates will require Acute Care Certification if doing Inpatient work.

      Position Requirements:

      Nurse Practitioner:

      Rush Institute for Healthy Aging – Oak Lawn is seeking experienced Phlebotomists with blood processing skills. The Epi Research Assistant role involves office-based and in-home blood draws, primarily on Chicago’s Southwest side, and requires travel.  

      Summary:

      The Research Assistant is responsible for collecting information from participants according to the established sleep and circadian protocols. Conduct interviews, epidemiological, social or behavioral assessments, and collect data and/or biological samples from research participants and families in studies.       13.Attend regular team meetings.

      Schedule & Shifts:

      · Rotating day and night shifts scheduled in 4-6 week blocks.

      · 13-hour shifts, averaging 6 shifts over a 2-week period.

      · Extra shifts (day or night) are available for those interested.

      Clinical Responsibilities:

      · Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including Cardiac Surgeons and an in-house night Intensivist.

      Qualifications:

      · APRN candidates must hold Acute Care Certification to be considered.

        Summary:

          The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is a key member of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Rush. The LCSW provides clinical consultation to assess and treat individuals with common mental and behavioral health conditions and their family members in a multidisciplinary outpatient practice setting, on inpatient, and hospital units and within the home and school communities. Insight and direction for patients will be offered to ensure that clients are connected to other services and support in the community, at school or in another appropriate setting. The LCWS works in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.         • The Renée Schine Crown Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a Level-3, 72 bed (single-roomed), state-of-the-art unit.
        • We care for critically ill infants who are born at Rush and/or transferred in from network hospitals. Our patient mix ranges from extremely preterm infants to those with complex surgical needs.
        • Our center has had consistent excellent outcomes in several major neonatal morbidities in very low birth weight infants within the Vermont Oxford Network.
        • The Division partners with Obstetrics and Pediatric subspecialists to provide pre-natal care and consultation through our multidisciplinary Fetal-Neonatal Center.
        • Our productive NICU Human Milk research team at Rush conducts clinical and translational research in diverse areas: clinical, neurodevelopmental, and economic outcomes associated with mother’s own milk and donor milk, disparities in lactation, maternal, infant and milk microbiome, human milk science, and lactation physiology.

        Duties & Responsibilities:

        • 100% Inpatient
        • Provide delivery room attendance and management, direct patient care, procedures, and neonatal transport

            Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution, and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, invites applications for the position of Urology/Men’s Health Faculty to join the growing Department of Urology. The new team member will be based at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will be Fellowship trained in the diagnosis and surgical management of Men’s Health issues including Peyronie's disease, end stage erectile dysfunction, and fertility issues (among others).

            This Urology/Men’s Health Faculty position at Rush offers a unique opportunity to:

            - Utilize the Rush network and platform to become a leading practitioner in the management of Urologic/Men’s Health diseases in Chicago and the Midwest

            - Join a diverse faculty team with full subspecialty representation in the management of Urologic disease

            Experience in all aspects of Urology is highly desired. Candidates must be board certified/board eligible in Urology. The predominant criteria for appointment are a major commitment to research, teaching, and patient satisfaction, excellence in clinical care, and institutional service. Candidates should be eligible for a faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level.

This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances.             Pay Range: $410,000 - $627,000

            The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine at Rush University Medical Center is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our General Internal Medicine faculty at Rush University Internist (RUI), an on-campus outpatient clinic located at Rush’s downtown campus in Chicago, IL.

            Responsibilities will include direct patient care and involvement with teaching medical students and residents. These positions provide opportunities for career and academic growth and leadership development.             The Division of General Internal Medicine at RUSH is academically active and growing.
