      The Department of Neurological Sciences at Rush University Medical Center is growing and looking to add BC/BE academic and community Neurologists to their downtown Main Campus location. The Main Campus general neurology practice current team includes 10 academic clinical neurologists that have a variety of clinical and academic interests, each with extensive experience caring for patients with a wide range of neurological problems in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Candidates will have a faculty appointment and join the Department of Neurological Sciences at Rush University Medical Center. Teaching and research opportunities are also available if desired by the candidate.       Summary:
      The Manager, Audio-Visual will provide operational leadership for all elements of the technical/audio-visual services at the assigned location(s) to ensure customer-focused service delivery. This individual is responsible for supporting audio visual equipment in a vast range of venues e.g., classrooms, conference rooms, huddle spaces, multi-purpose event locations and auditoriums for the university and hospital locations. Responsible for the maintenance and daily operations and support for all assigned events/locations.       Responsibilities:

      • Leads the Technical Services support for assigned events. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling all audio-visual services for assigned events.
      • Under the direction of the Director, End User Experience, establishes procedures, standards, and practices for the operation and maintenance of Audio Visual’s complex technical inventory of audio/visual equipment, and sound equipment to ensure customer-focused service delivery.
      • Adheres to the operating budget for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of technical equipment.
      • Creates and implements standardized procedures to ensure that assets are protected, expenses are controlled, and the technical support functions operate efficiently, effectively, and with proper internal controls.
      • Collaborates with other members of the Audio-Visual team to ensure services meet/exceed customers’ expectations.
      • Interacts effectively and professionally with the University and Hospital community including staff management, campus departments, student organizations. Develops relationships with faculty, staff, and students to maintain a customer-friendly environment.
      • Respond to and address questions and requests for assistance from the RUSH Service Desk, and support teams. Resolve issues per defined service level agreements utilizing remote remediation tools, and/or execution of on-site resolution.

      Requirements

      • Associates degree ang 3-5 years’ experience in audio visual services OR a high school diploma and 5 years’ experience in audio visual services
      • Supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to program workflow and coordinate schedules is preferred.

      Join our growing team of dedicated Cancer Subspecialties team of healthcare providers delivering high-quality, specialized care for cancer patients dealing with physical, cognitive, emotional, and social complications of cancer diagnosis and treatment. This role will focus on enhancing the quality of life and function for patients after treatment as well as preventing impairments from developing.  

      The selected individual will join the Cancer Subspecialities team at the Rush MD Anderson Cancer Center, alongside the director of Cancer Rehabilitation and an exercise physiologist. This is a 100% outpatient position. The successful candidate will work with cancer rehabilitation patients and be expected to continue the growth of our prehabilitation and survivorship programs. They will work closely in an inter- and multi-disciplinary fashion with oncology providers, therapists, supportive oncology, and more. Anticipated start date is fall 2025, but other dates may be considered.

      Summary:

    Summary:
    The Manager, Audio-Visual will provide operational leadership for all elements of the technical/audio-visual services at the assigned location(s) to ensure customer-focused service delivery. This individual is responsible for supporting audio visual equipment in a vast range of venues e.g., classrooms, conference rooms, huddle spaces, multi-purpose event locations and auditoriums for the university and hospital locations. Responsible for the maintenance and daily operations and support for all assigned events/locations. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional customer service, builds a high performing team, and should perform well under pressure. This role reports into the Director, Digital End User Experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leads the Technical Services support for assigned events. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling all audio-visual services for assigned events.
    • Under the direction of the Director, End User Experience, establishes procedures, standards, and practices for the operation and maintenance of Audio Visual’s complex technical inventory of audio/visual equipment, and sound equipment to ensure customer-focused service delivery.
    • Adheres to the operating budget for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of technical equipment.
    • Creates and implements standardized procedures to ensure that assets are protected, expenses are controlled, and the technical support functions operate efficiently, effectively, and with proper internal controls.
    • Collaborates with other members of the Audio-Visual team to ensure services meet/exceed customers’ expectations.
    • Interacts effectively and professionally with the University and Hospital community including staff management, campus departments, student organizations. Develops relationships with faculty, staff, and students to maintain a customer-friendly environment.
    • Respond to and address questions and requests for assistance from the RUSH Service Desk, and support teams. Resolve issues per defined service level agreements utilizing remote remediation tools, and/or execution of on-site resolution.
    • Develop good relationships with clients and provide training on use of equipment and collaboration tools to ensure flawless events.
    • Special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Associates degree ang 3-5 years’ experience in audio visual services OR a high school diploma and 5 years’ experience in audio visual services
    • Supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to program workflow and coordinate schedules is preferred.

    • Ability to exercise good judgment, work under pressure and carry out multiple tasks with minimal supervision necessary.

    Summary:
    This position develops, builds, and modifies Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and related applications. Writes documentation specifications, fact-finding and analyzes results and proposes solutions or recommendations. Builds, configures and/or modifying applications using existing application tools. This role performs complex analysis, design, development, testing and support services for Epic applications. Leads and monitors midsize to large scale projects within multiple functional departments. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leads and monitors midsize to large scale projects within multiple functional departments.
    • Performs complex designs, implements, maintains, and provides ongoing optimization and support for Epic clinical applications.
    • Performs workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze internal systems to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization of Epic applications.
    • Works within cross-functional team and with end-users to achieve application integration to meet clinical needs.
    • Performs builds, upgrades, and system enhancements as needed.
    • Supports applications throughout all phases of implementation.
    • Configures vendor applications and products.
    • Maintains system documentation and develops system specifications and procedures.
    • Defines and documents user requirements.
    • Applies project planning and project management methodologies.
    • Coordinates and leads short duration projects; monitoring project process, progress and results.
    • Develops test plans, prepares test data and performs system testing.
    • Provides on-site user support during implementations.
    • Takes on-call for system application support at scheduled times.
    • Audits data entered by end users.
    • Troubleshoots and tracks issues and problems.
    • Applies systems development methodology to solve problems.
    • Handles multiple assignments simultaneously.

    Required Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 5 years of Epic application experience.
    • An Associate degree and seven (7) years of Epic application experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s. 
    • Epic certification(s).
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize system tools to meet functionality needs of users including proficiency with information systems technology such as Microsoft Office Products.
    • Experienced planning and organizing day-to-day activities, effectively managing more than one task, and meeting established deadlines.
    • Experienced in leading projects, providing expert consultative guidance and direction on change initiatives, effectively dedicating time across more than one project, and meeting established deadlines.
    • Experience leading meetings between business stakeholders, technical resources, and third parties for business requirements and technical solutions.
    • Experienced working with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, and interacting with all levels of the organization.
    • Detail oriented, strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with technical and clinical audiences.
    • Ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems.

    Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution in downtown Chicago, and the Department of Diagnostic Radiology & Nuclear Medicine seek a full-time fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join the large and growing Neuroradiology Division.

    MD or DO candidate applicants should have neuroradiology fellowship training and/or be eligible for subspecialty CAQ certification in neuroradiology. The position is hybrid, and clinical duties include interpreting neuroradiology imaging studies and performing basic image-guided spinal procedures. The selected candidate will work closely with radiology residents, neuroradiology fellows, and medical students from Rush Medical College. In addition, the candidate will collaborate with professionals in neurology, neurosurgery, otolaryngology, orthopedics, and radiation oncology. There are opportunities to participate in administration, research, hospital committees, and quality initiatives. Research experience or interest is encouraged.

    The Department comprises 52 subspecialized radiologists and 6 medical physicists and maintains an excellent long-term relationship with referring clinicians and hospital leadership. The Neuroradiology Division comprises 14 neuroradiologists actively participating in several tumor boards, teaching conferences, and research. Technical highlights include 14 clinical MRI units, 3T research MRI, 12 CT scanners (including multiple dual-energy CT systems), and 2 state-of-the-art photon-counting CTs.

    1.Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required.
