      Summary

      The incumbent is responsible for supporting the administration and compliance of the 340B Drug Pricing Program within the organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the program's success by maintaining accurate records, monitoring program eligibility, and assisting in program audits. The 340B Program Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Pharmacy of 340B and Supply Chain, 340B team members, buyers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize the benefits of the program while ensuring compliance with all federal regulations. The incumbent will exemplify the Rush mission, vision and values and act in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

      Responsibilities 

      • Maintain accurate records of 340B program transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with program requirements.
      •  Regularly audit 340B program data for accuracy and completeness. 
      • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner. 
      • Conduct regular checks to verify the eligibility of patients and entities participating in the 340B program. 
      • Stay updated on all federal regulations and guidelines pertaining to the 340B program. 
      • Assist in the preparation for and participation in program audits. 
      • Collaborate with the 340B Program team to implement corrective actions as needed to maintain program compliance. 
      • Work closely with pharmacy staff, healthcare providers, and administrators to promote understanding and adherence to 340B program requirements. 
      • Ensure TPA integrity and review applicable reports for areas of improvement. 
      • Monitor and audit state Medicaid claims to ensure compliance and prevention of duplicate discounts 
      • Communicate changes in program regulations and policies to relevant stakeholders. 
      • Provide training and educational support to pharmacy and clinical staff regarding 340B program procedures and best practices. 
      • Generate and distribute reports related to 340B program activities, including savings, utilization, and compliance metrics.

      The EPI Research Coordinator 1 coordinates Epidemiological, Behavioral or Human Translational, or Population Health research studies and performs a variety of duties including the collection compilation and documentation of research data.     The incumbent is responsible for supporting the administration and compliance of the 340B Drug Pricing Program within the organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the program's success by maintaining accurate records, monitoring program eligibility, and assisting in program audits. The 340B Program Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Pharmacy of 340B and Supply Chain, 340B team members, buyers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize the benefits of the program while ensuring compliance with all federal regulations.     Responsibilities 

    • Maintain accurate records of 340B program transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with program requirements.
