      Summary:
      The Program Manager will lead a collection of project implementations, providing program-level oversight to cross-functional teams, ensuring that individual initiatives within the program are aligned, successful, and on track to delivery intended outcomes and value. The Program Manager will provide tactical leadership and guidance to project managers and operational/technical project team members, ensuring that roles are clearly defined, scope/schedule/budget/value remain on track, and that the RUSH execution model is well adopted and optimized within each team.       Summary:
      Road Home Program: The National Center of Excellence for Veterans and Their Families (RHP) is dedicated to assisting and supporting current service members (Active Duty, Reservists and National Guard), veterans, and their families, with effective mental health services. The Road Home Program specializes in the treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder utilizing a two-week Intensive Outpatient Program and other accelerated models for delivering evidence-based treatments. RHP also collaborates with local and national veteran and service member organizations.
      The clinician will assess and treat veterans and their family members in a multidisciplinary outpatient practice setting which includes the Intensive Outpatient Program. The clinician will work in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors and other members of Road Home Program (RHP)’s multidisciplinary team.     7.Adheres to service specialized workflows for multiple specialty departments. Follows protocols built in Epic and documented practices scheduling requirements.
    8.Responsible for accurately documenting appointment information and notifying the patient of information critical to their visit.
    9.Drives and supports the RUSH revenue cycle by minimizing potential financial risk of patient accounts through patient insurance registration activities. This includes but is not limited to discussing the patient’s financial responsibility for their upcoming visit, outstanding balances, and referral requirements based on Rush contracts.
    10.Effectively completes point of service collections over the phone using secure payment processing systems via multiple payment options, such as credit/debit cards and/or payment plans.
    11.Maintains a high level of understanding and acts as a patient resource for physician and ancillary service offerings, navigating the Rush campus, payment categories, and the billing procedures of Rush University.
    12.Exhibits sensitivity to patient health information and protects confidentiality. Always maintains privacy for patient and employee information.

    • Possesses proficient data entry skills. Demonstrates essential computer skills such as order entry, label generation, drug pricing, and third party billing. Prioritizes workload to maintain an efficient workflow.
    • Recognizes various billing plan codes and which drugs are covered under these different plans.
    • Assists in looking up information to answer general information questions. Refers questions regarding drug information or patient specific questions to a pharmacist.
    • Ensures the I.V. preparation room and related equipment are cleaned, calibrated and maintained per organizational policy and procedure.
    • Updates/revises patient inventory usage numbers in the computer based on actual usage, change in orders, and communication with other team members.
    • Remains alert to customer needs and provides prompt, courteous customer service.
