      Summary:
      Under the direction of the Program Director, the GME Program Administrator 2 is responsible for the administration of a GME residency or fellowship program in accordance with accreditation requirements and institutional and program policies. The Program Administrator 2 coordinates annual program activities and the day-to-day operations of the program. The Program Administrator 2 serves as liaison between residents, fellows, faculty, other staff members, and internal and external organizations and interacts effectively with affiliated hospitals and other professional organizations.       Responsibilities:
      •Plans and coordinates educational activities including scheduling speakers, coordinating presentations, and preparing and distributing agendas and materials. Negotiates contracts with facilities and caterers. Prepares reports and maintains documentation for all educational requirements.
      •Collects data and documentation for annual accreditation activities and site visits. Assists program director with data entry in the ACGME ADS.

      •Staffs program committees by collaborating with committee chairs to develop agendas and collect and report on data. Coordinates meeting documentation and tracks follow-up.

      Summary:
      The Pharmacy Technician 1 assists licensed pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy performing duties such as preparing, filling, and labeling medications for patients in the Medical Center. As patient care assignments dictate, the technician I is responsive to the explicit need of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. When relevant, appropriate standards of practice and sensitivity to the psychosocial needs of these patient populations are exercised.       Summary:
      The Supply Chain Tech 1 is responsible for the day-to-day receipt and distribution of supplies to the medical center units, EVS and affiliates.       Responsibilities:

      •  Inclusive of all Supply Chain Tech 1 duties (i.e. SPD, Receiving, EVS (Supply Chain Tech) and Warehouse):
      • Work with the Supply Chain Analyst to receive, deliver, stock and replenish EVS supply closets across the Medical Center and off-site locations.
      • Will utilize hand-held to receive, pack and unpack items to be stocked and/or delivered on shelves/bins/Point of Use locations (i.e. in the warehouse, storerooms, units, and any off-site locations).
      • Receive and/or count stock items with accuracy and correctly record data manually or using the computer.
      • Verify established inventory par levels by comparing them to actual physical counts and re-order replenishment stock accordingly)
      • Ensure accuracy of received supplies by counting and comparing packing lists/restock lists with delivered goods and inspect for damage, defects or breakage, reporting any of these issues to the supervisor.
      • Must meet established Supply Chain Policy #1 job performance standards and all scheduled timelines.
      • Loads and off loads AGV system supply carts and appropriately parks/stages carts for next utilization. Must also be able to use AGV system touch screen correctly to send cart types to scheduled location.
      • Clean and maintain shelves within stocking areas and in workstation areas to ensure compliance with safety and infection control regulations.
      • Answer all telephone calls in accordance to the department's telephone script ensuring calls are properly answered, appropriate actions are followed and in a timely manner. Apply ICARE and IConnect in all interactions between inter/intra departments.
      • Performs any and all Supply Chain job functions as assigned or required.

      Required Job Qualifications:

      • One-year working experience in a service industry position or equivalent job experience.
      • High School Diploma/GED.

        Summary:

      Summary:

        Summary:
        The Endoscopy Technician works under the direction of a physician, department leadership, and/or registered nurse. Provides support to the Endoscopy department before, during and after procedures. This role is responsible for performing the duties of disinfecting endoscopic equipment, assisting physicians with the technical components of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures as assigned and in a proficient manner.         Qualifications:
        1.High school diploma or equivalent.
        2.Prior clinical training. This may include CMS, CNA, PCT, EMT, corpsman, and paramedic training.

        2.Demonstrates proficiency in the use of unit specific equipment and supplies that includes preparing and maintaining endoscopic equipment during procedures (i.e., electro-cautery, heating probes, endoscopic light source).
        3.Demonstrates accurate cleaning and disinfecting procedures for all endoscopes and accessory equipment that adheres to Infection Control Guidelines and equipment manufacturer instructions for use.

        Summary:

        The Cytology Technical Laboratory Coordinator (TLC) serves as the technical subject matter expert for the Cytology laboratory, providing oversight of gynecologic and non-gynecologic testing workflows, quality assurance programs, regulatory compliance, competency assessments, proficiency testing, and staff education. This role monitors key quality and operational metrics, including specimen adequacy, cytology-histology correlation, rescreening activities, workload distribution, and turnaround times, while leading process improvement initiatives and implementing corrective actions as needed. The TLC coordinates validation and optimization of cytology instrumentation, software, and workflows, ensures inspection readiness and compliance with CAP, CLIA, and accreditation requirements, and serves as a technical resource and mentor for cytotechnologists, pathology residents, fellows, students, and laboratory staff. The position collaborates closely with pathologists, laboratory leadership, and clinical partners to resolve technical issues, enhance operational efficiency, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

        Provides oversight of the technical operations within the area of responsibility (Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Microbiology, Histology). Ensures the competency of staff that provide clinical testing and timeliness of results. Mentors staff to cooperatively work with nursing and physicians to provide what is needed to care for patients effectively, efficiently and as quickly as possible Serves as an expert within the assigned field of responsibility.
