      Summary:
      The Associate Director, Gifts and Records Management reports to the director of gifts and records management and serves as a is a key member of the Gifts and Records Management (GRM) team, with the primary responsibility for transaction entry and modifications and maintaining biographic and demographic records for fundraising purposes. The Associate Director leads projects related to all data security, control and quality and prepares documentation for internal and external audit, assisting the director. The Associate Director also performs the monthly reconciliation of CRM gift records to philanthropy bank depository and pass-through accounts for stock gifts, ACH, and cash wire accounts. The Associate Director maintains several logs for recording anticipated gifts and pledge payments and regularly audits the schedule of payments and reminds the major gift teams of expected payments.

      Responsibilities:

    Summary:

    Join Rush University Medical Center as an Admissions Registration Specialist I, where you will play a critical role in supporting patients during some of their most important healthcare moments. In this position, you will work directly with patients and families to complete the registration process, verify insurance coverage, and ensure all demographic and financial information is accurately documented to support timely care and reimbursement.

    This third shift position (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) is part of a collaborative Patient Access team of nine professionals, each supported by a shift supervisor. The role primarily supports Emergency Department registrations, with occasional involvement in direct admissions and patient transfers. You will use industry-leading tools such as Epic for patient registration, along with OneSource and Availity to verify insurance eligibility and complete required admission notifications.
