The Corporate Finance Contract Billing Specialist Supervisor is responsible for managing the financial and billing aspects of internal and external physician contracts, lease billing arrangements, and other contractual obligations requiring appropriate billing and collection. •Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) in State of Illinois.
•Two years’ experience in healthcare, care management, mental health and/or social services.

Responsibilities:
•Job Responsibilities:
1.Works directly with patients and their families to address unmet needs and provide the necessary social work services them achieve their
care goals.
2.Carries out comprehensive social work assessments by phone or in-person to develop a plan of care for the patient and/or family.
3.Connects patients and their families to relevant resources, both at Rush and in the community, to address their needs.
4.Provides care management and/or support programming for aforementioned population as outlined by Manager.
5.Documents all client interactions in either the Epic, LCM software and/or other spaces as indicated by Manager.
6.Maintains relationships with referring Rush clinics through consistent and timely communication.
7.Promotes Rush University System for Health clinical services by referring clients to relevant Rush clinics.
8.Represents the department at meetings, conferences or other public engagements on an as-needed basis.
