      Summary:
      The physical therapist provides safe and effective physical therapy services including the evaluation of physical performance ability to persons impaired by physical illness or injury, congenital or developmental disability and /or the aging process. The physical therapist analyzes, selects and applies goal directed interventions for the treatment or prevention of these impairments/functional limitations to achieve maximum independence. The physical therapist has the ultimate responsibility for the provision of services including the supervision of physical therapy support personnel. All services are provided in a manner that promotes the highest level of customer satisfaction.       Required Job Qualifications:
      • Minimum Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from a school accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy or preferred Clinical Doctorate in physical therapy from a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
      • Maintenance of a license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Illinois (or licensure application on file with the State Department of Prrofessional Regulation) is required.
      • Maintains current CPR certification
      • New/recent graduates of accredited PT education Programs who have applied to sit for the licensure examination, or foreign-trained therapists who have had their credentials reviewed by the Illinois Dept of Professional Regulation and have applied for licensure, may be hired to work under the direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist until he/she receives notice of licensure.
      • Applicable assessment and treatment knowledge to provide services to various patient populations.
      • Understanding of state, federal, and professional practice laws, regulations and preferred practice patterns.
      • Above average written and verbal communication skills
      • Flexibility and ability to manage work in a changing environment.
      • Technical skills required to adapt equipment, ambulate, seating, positioning, transfers.
      • Analytical skills are required to evaluate patients and their response to treatment.

      The Orthopedic Non-Operative Sports Medicine Physician specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal injuries in active individuals and athletes. This role involves close collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons, to coordinate comprehensive care. The physician plays a vital role in helping patients maintain their activity levels and improve their quality of life through effective non-operative management.  

      Position Requirements

      • Clinic Schedule: Provides 36 hours of patient-facing care per week, Monday through Friday. 

      • Patient Assessment: Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal injuries, which includes taking detailed medical histories and conducting thorough physical examinations. 

      • Diagnosis: Formulates accurate diagnoses for a wide range of sports-related injuries and conditions by integrating clinical findings with the interpretation of advanced imaging modalities (e.g., X-rays, MRI, and Ultrasound). 

      • Non-Surgical Treatment: Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, which integrate medications, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and advanced ultrasound-guided procedures, including injections, compression and minor musculoskeletal interventions. 

      • Injury Prevention: Develops and implements customized injury prevention programs for athletes and active individuals, with a focus on optimizing training regimens and biomechanics. 

      • Ortho- Clinic Coverage: Provides coverage for the group's high-volume, walk-in clinic, managing a wide range of urgent musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. If surgery is needed, patients are referred to Copley Orthopedic Surgeons. 

      • Collaboration: Partners with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, athletic trainers, and orthopedic surgeons to ensure comprehensive and seamless patient care. 

      • Patient Education: Provides comprehensive patient education on injuries, treatment options, and self-management strategies to optimize recovery and prevent recurrence. 

      Minimum Qualifications 

      • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. 

      • Board certification or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a fellowship in Sports Medicine. 

      • Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal conditions. 

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

      • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

      Responsibilities:

      Cybersecurity Awareness & Training Support

      • Lead the awareness around the cybersecurity education and awareness programs designed by the office of the CISO, tailoring delivery for the assigned domain (clinical, corporate, or university).
      • Lead training sessions, workshops, and campaigns to address information security risks specific to the domain.
      • Develop and deliver communications (guides, FAQs, presentations, intranet updates) with the Communications team.
      • Promote a culture of security-first behaviors by engaging directly with employees, clinicians, faculty, or staff.

      Risk Engagement & Compliance Support

      • Act as the frontline cybersecurity liaison for business leaders, department managers, and IT teams within the domain.
      • Identify and escalate domain-specific cybersecurity risks and coordinate with the Deputy BISO on mitigation plans.
      • Monitor compliance with security policies, regulatory frameworks (HIPAA for clinical, FERPA for university, etc.), and organizational standards (NIST CSF, CIS).
      • Facilitate tabletop exercises, after-action reviews, and department-level incident response coordination.

      Program Execution & Reporting

      • Manage operational tasks for security awareness and risk engagement programs within the domain.
      • Provide feedback and recommendations from the business area to continuously improve security programs.
      • Support executive presentations and updates specific to the assigned domain.
      • Understand domain business goals and operational processes to develop and lead a roadmap of security initiatives.
      • Embed security into domain operations and systems, influencing processes, operations, and teams to adopt practical and sustainable cybersecurity controls.

      Assist with change management for key cybersecurity initiatives, including:

      • Develop Change Management Strategies: Create and implement strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to changes in business processes, systems, and organizational structures.
      • Conduct Impact Analyses: Assess how changes will affect employees and identify key stakeholders involved in the change process.
      • Monitor Change Progress: Track the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
      • Communicate Effectively: Provide updates and gather feedback from stakeholders throughout the change process to ensure transparency and engagement.

      Job Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
      • 5-7 years of relevant computer systems experience focusing on Information Security, project management, and/or cybersecurity education and awareness.
      • 3+ years of experience in managing cross-functional teams and project management for the successful delivery of projects
      • 3+ years of experience in information security, GRC, DR, or education and awareness activities.
      • Must have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel, vendors, and IT personnel.

      Position Summary: 

      • The System Antimicrobial Stewardship – Infectious Diseases Pharmacist (ASP-ID) is a clinical pharmacy specialist and leader responsible for the development, implementation, and documentation of the antimicrobial stewardship program (ASP) across Rush University Health System (Rush). This includes providing multidisciplinary education on safe antimicrobial use, creating and implementing guidelines, collaborating with multidisciplinary clinicians, administrators, and support staff across the system, and analyzing metrics for antimicrobial utilization to satisfy new and existing CDC and Joint Commission standards. The ASP-ID pharmacist will be responsible for developing and coordinating innovative clinical pharmacy programs across RUSH sites conducting scholarly and research activities and interdisciplinary teaching. To support the effectiveness of ASP initiatives, the ASP-ID pharmacist will maintain on-site service coverage rounding with inpatient ID team(s). The ASP-ID pharmacist will serve as a key faculty member in postgraduate pharmacy training programs and affiliated colleges of pharmacy. This position will focus their efforts on ASP support at Rush Oak Park hospital and Rush Copley Medical Center. 

      Essential Clinical Duties and Responsibilities of the ASP-ID Pharmacist: 

      • Develops metrics for performance and maintenance of ASP. 
      • Participates in the provision of pharmaceutical patient care through ASP staffing and clinical rounds. 
      • Participates in restricted/protected antimicrobial approval. 
      • Participate in ASP coordinated education of healthcare professionals across RUSH sites and external partners. 
      • Serves as a liaison to other healthcare providers in the ASP. Coordinate the implementation of identified ASP initiatives while assisting with maintaining relevant required regulatory standards. 
      • Assists with the strategic implementation of Department of Pharmacy and RUSH quality initiatives. 
      • Serve as a core preceptor for postgraduate year 1 and 2 (PGY1 and PGY2) pharmacy residents and students.

      Position Summary: 

      • The System Antimicrobial Stewardship – Infectious Diseases Pharmacist (ASP-ID) is a clinical pharmacy specialist and leader responsible for the development, implementation, and documentation of the antimicrobial stewardship program (ASP) across Rush University Health System (Rush). This includes providing multidisciplinary education on safe antimicrobial use, creating and implementing guidelines, collaborating with multidisciplinary clinicians, administrators, and support staff across the system, and analyzing metrics for antimicrobial utilization to satisfy new and existing CDC and Joint Commission standards. The ASP-ID pharmacist will be responsible for developing and coordinating innovative clinical pharmacy programs across RUSH sites conducting scholarly and research activities and interdisciplinary teaching. To support the effectiveness of ASP initiatives, the ASP-ID pharmacist will maintain on-site service coverage rounding with inpatient ID team(s). The ASP-ID pharmacist will serve as a key faculty member in postgraduate pharmacy training programs and affiliated colleges of pharmacy. This position will focus their efforts on ASP support at Rush Oak Park hospital and Rush Copley Medical Center. 

      Essential Clinical Duties and Responsibilities of the ASP-ID Pharmacist: 

      • Develops metrics for performance and maintenance of ASP. 
      • Participates in the provision of pharmaceutical patient care through ASP staffing and clinical rounds. 
      • Participates in restricted/protected antimicrobial approval. 
      • Participate in ASP coordinated education of healthcare professionals across RUSH sites and external partners. 
      • Serves as a liaison to other healthcare providers in the ASP. Coordinate the implementation of identified ASP initiatives while assisting with maintaining relevant required regulatory standards. 
      • Assists with the strategic implementation of Department of Pharmacy and RUSH quality initiatives. 
      • Serve as a core preceptor for postgraduate year 1 and 2 (PGY1 and PGY2) pharmacy residents and students. 
      • Document clinical interventions in EPIC. 
      • Participate in the Antimicrobial Stewardship Subcommittee of the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. 
      • Complete medication use evaluations (MUE) and new drug and therapeutic class reviews for P&T as assigned. 
      • Provide pharmacy representation in multidisciplinary committees, when appropriate.

       Additional Clinical/Operational Responsibilities include: 

      • Evaluate, clarify, and verify EPIC orders for therapeutic appropriateness, when necessary. 
      • Serve as content expert for ID related drug shortages. 
      • Participate in safety event (SE) reporting. Facilitate patient medication reconciliation and discharge teaching when requested. 
      • Maintain working knowledge of medical center and departmental policies and procedure. 

      Other information: 

      Required Job Qualifications: 

      • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. 
      • Knowledge in intravenous admixture services, intravenous drug therapy and chemotherapy. 
      • Illinois Pharmacist License. 
      • Minimum of four years of Clinical Pharmacy experience OR PGY 1 residency completed within the last seven years, which includes Clinical / Specialty Pharmacy experience.

      Job Qualifications:

      A Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is an advanced practice nurse who holds a master's or doctoral nursing degree as well as population focused certification meeting National Council of State Boards of Nursing and the American Nurses Association (ANA) requirements. The advanced knowledge and skills required for this role include clinical expertise in a focus area, critical appraisal of evidence-based practice, leadership, collaboration, consultation, education, and mentoring. The specialized knowledge and skills are applied within three areas of impact to patient/family/direct care, nurses/nursing practice, and organization/system outcomes.
