      Summary:
      The Guest Relations Associate is responsible for providing a welcoming and supportive service experience for patients, families, visitors, and staff.     Summary:
    The Phlebotomist obtains blood specimens from patients by the invasive procedure of venipuncture.     Responsibilities:
    1.Answers all telephone calls within your work assignment as designated by your leadership with the goals of accurately scheduling patients as determined by departmental and Epic guidelines.
