As a Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of the data that powers procurement, inventory, and financial decision-making across the organization.

      Responsibilities:
      Data Governance & Stewardship

      • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide master data governance frameworks
      • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability across ERP and supply chain platforms
      • Serve as the escalation point for complex data quality and compliance issues

      Strategic Analytics & Business Intelligence

      • Design and implement scalable reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau
      • Deliver advanced analytics and predictive insights to inform procurement, inventory, and financial decision-making
      • Translate data into executive-level visualizations and strategic recommendations

      ERP & Systems Optimization

      • Lead system enhancement initiatives, upgrades, and third-party integrations

      Cross-Functional Leadership

      • Drive initiatives that align financial reporting with supply chain operations

      Innovation & Process Improvement

      • Champion automation and digital transformation projects using RPA and other emerging tools
      • Standardize documentation and training for data policies and ERP usage
      • Continuously evaluate and evolve data management practices to align with business goals

      Job Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field
      • 5+ years of experience in supply chain data management, ERP systems, or healthcare analytics
      • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level data initiatives within a healthcare or ERP environment
      • Ability to run and edit SQL for data extraction and transformation
      • Power BI and/or Tableau experience for interactive dashboards and reporting
      • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and automation
      • Hands-on experience with Lawson, Workday, or similar ERP platforms

      Preferred Job Qualifications:

      • Experience implementing or managing RPA solutions

      Summary:

      Summary:

The new 100-bed facility is a combined critical illness recovery and inpatient rehabilitation hospital on the Rush University Medical Center campus. The RUSH Specialty Hospital is outfitted with the latest technology and features 44 critical illness recovery and 56 inpatient rehabilitation beds.

      Department/division specs

      · Work alongside three fellow LTACH APPs in collaboration with Rush University Hospitalists and Select Medical.

       

      Duties & Responsibilities:

      · 10-hour or 12-hour shifts. Days only including weekends.

      · Will report directly to the Hospital Medicine Lead Advanced Practice Provider

      · 100% inpatient

       

      Preferred Qualifications:

      · Applicants with previous Advanced Practice Provider experience in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care or related specialty is preferred, not required. Relevant RN experience may be considered.

      · APRN Candidates will require Acute Care Certification.

      Position Requirements:

      Nurse Practitioner:

      • Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process
      • Master of Science in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing practice with clinical specialty appropriate to position
      • Current certification by American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP)
      • CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications

      Physician Assistant:

      The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will promote collaboration between multiple disciplines to ensure cost effective and quality patient care.       Histology
      •Registered Histology Technician HT (ASCP) or have completed an accredited histology program with minimum of 5 years of experience coupled with recent leadership experience.
      •Successful passing of the HT (ASCP) certification exam.
      •Or education/work experience meeting the qualifications of moderate or high complexity testing personnel as defined by CLIA 42 CFR Part 493 Subpart M.
      •Familiar with regulatory requirements for laboratories.
      •Proven organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

      Responsibilities:
      Administrative and Advanced Technical Duties
      •Functions as a department expert and performs as a bench testing personnel member along with the duties outlined below.
      •Sit and engage in interviews for applicants for open positions.
      •Establishes a detailed orientation and training program for new staff within their area of expertise
      •Held responsible for the complete and adequate training of new staff within their area of expertise
      •Stay engaged with new staff to determine knowledge gaps or struggles.
      •Monitors KPIs and TAT and initiates troubleshooting measures for respective areas when applicable
      •Mentor staff on continuous improvement of their performance and empowerment to make decisions with a patient focus.
      •Provides continuing education opportunities to augment staff competency.
      •Participates or initiates Quality Improvement initiatives. Gathers and analyzes data, then shares action plan for improvements. Responsible for changes within agreed upon timeline.
      •Responsible for completion and sign off of the initial training checklist, 6-month competency and annual competency of all technologist staff.
      •Ensures that all safety procedures are followed.
      •Audits staff performance to ensure proper interaction with other team members and nursing staff based on hospital and department standards.
      •Holds a monthly meeting with respective staff members
      •Hold meetings with the lab director
      •Enforces the use of departmental communication logs and shift to shift hand offs.
      •Conscious of supply usage, monitors waste and makes recommendations for use of newer or less expensive products.
      •Responds to physician and patient complaints with professionalism and in a timely manner.
      •Handles and addresses non-conformity and Safety Events (TRIPSS) using SBAR in a respectful and timely manner
      •Maintains accurate and up-to-date procedure manuals in all areas.
      •Participates in the readiness for regulatory inspections.
      •Addresses all teamwork issues quickly and professionally.
      •Attends organizational meetings and is engaged and participates in the discussion.
      •Makes certain that new or modified procedures are read and signed off within 30 days.
      •Models telephone etiquette and holds staff accountable for professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness and proper tone.
      •Responsible for a clean and organized work area.
      •Reads and responds to emails in a timely fashion.
      •Is available to staff off-hours via phone, in person or electronically for technical related duties
      •Participates in test method selection for clinical testing.
      •Responsible to new test validation, including accuracy and precision.
      •Ensures participation in approved proficiency testing.
      •Establishes and maintains the necessary Quality Control and review, including establishing parameters for acceptable performance and performing necessary review of data to ensure quality testing. Ensuring that all values are reviewed by Lab Director before accepting.
      •Resolves technical issues as appropriate and teaches troubleshooting techniques to other staff. Keeps maintenance records up to date..
      •Undertakes the competency assessment of staff working in their area.
      •Other job duties as needed/assigned.

      Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, located in downtown Chicago, invites applications for the position of a Long-Term Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider. The new 100-bed facility is a combined critical illness recovery and inpatient rehabilitation hospital on the Rush University Medical Center campus. The RUSH Specialty Hospital is outfitted with the latest technology and features 44 critical illness recovery and 56 inpatient rehabilitation beds.

      Department/division specs

      · Work alongside three fellow LTACH APPs in collaboration with Rush University Hospitalists and Select Medical.

       

      Duties & Responsibilities:

      · 10-hour or 12-hour shifts. Days only including weekends.

      · Will report directly to the Hospital Medicine Lead Advanced Practice Provider

      · 100% inpatient

       

      Preferred Qualifications:

      · Applicants with previous Advanced Practice Provider experience in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care or related specialty is preferred, not required. Relevant RN experience may be considered.

      · APRN Candidates will require Acute Care Certification.

      Position Requirements:

      Nurse Practitioner:

      • Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process
      • Master of Science in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing practice with clinical specialty appropriate to position
      • Current certification by American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP)
      • CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications

      Physician Assistant:

      • Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Physician Assistant/Associate or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process
      • Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant/Associate Program
      • Current certification from National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
      • CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications

      Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Additional compensation may include premium pay rates, sign-on bonuses, and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

      Pay Range: $124,610 - $175,000
