      Summary:
      Job Summary:
      The Pharmacy Data Scientist serves as the liaison between pharmacy operations, pharmacy informatics, and system knowledge management teams to inform, design, build, and analyze the prioritization and strategic growth of the RUSH pharmacy enterprise. The role is responsible for designing, managing, and analyzing healthcare data systems to optimize patient care, improve operational efficiency, and support implementation of best practice and evidence-based care decision making. This role bridges clinical pharmacy knowledge with technical skills in data engineering and informatics to support healthcare organizations in delivering efficient, safe, and data-driven enterprise pharmacy services.       Required Job Qualifications:
      Each requirement must be a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification (BFOQ).
      •Education: PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) or equivalent degree in pharmacy
      •Experience: PGY1 pharmacy practice or equivalent experience
      •Licensure(s): Eligible for IL registered pharmacist within 6 months of hiring Experience diagnosing and resolving errors in complex reports.
      •Experience with research and troubleshooting reporting and data issues.
      •Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
      •Experience with test reporting solutions in house reporting solutions, i.e., Tableau, MS SQL Server, and Oracle.
      •Experience with reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Microsoft SSRS, SSAS, and MDX in a data warehousing environment.
      •Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and using relational databases.
      •Ability to perform detailed data analysis (i.e., determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples).
      •Good visual aesthetic sense relative to report development and presentation to the user.

      Summary:

      Summary:

      The postdoc researcher will investigate the cellular mechanisms promoting atrial myopathy and atrial fibrillation. The research focuses on the role of IP3 induced calcium release, p21-activated kinase signaling in the development of atrial remodeling and atrial fibrillation. We use animal models (transgenic mice models, heart failure, inflammatory bowel disease) that develop an increased risk for atrial fibrillation. Experimental techniques in the laboratory include electrophysiology (patch clamp, multi electrode array, EKG, intra-cardiac catheter), calcium imaging and molecular biology approaches from the cellular to the organ level.

    Summary:

    The postdoc researcher will investigate the cellular mechanisms promoting atrial myopathy and atrial fibrillation. The research focuses on the role of IP3 induced calcium release, p21-activated kinase signaling in the development of atrial remodeling and atrial fibrillation. We use animal models (transgenic mice models, heart failure, inflammatory bowel disease) that develop an increased risk for atrial fibrillation. Experimental techniques in the laboratory include electrophysiology (patch clamp, multi electrode array, EKG, intra-cardiac catheter), calcium imaging and molecular biology approaches from the cellular to the organ level.

    Pay Range: $69.41 - $103.42 per hour

    Summary:
    The Director of Design & Construction is responsible for overseeing the execution of capital projects across RUSH University System for Health. This role ensures the successful delivery of projects ranging from $5,000 to $500 million and provides leadership in project management, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, regulatory compliance, and budgetary requirements. The Director plays a key role in managing design and construction activities, fostering collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
    This role serves as a bridge between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day project execution, ensuring projects meet operational goals while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Director leads a team of project managers, supporting process improvement, budget control, and adherence to institutional guidelines.

    Other information:
    Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare facilities planning & design, project management, construction administration.
    Professional licensure (Architect, Engineer) or related industry certifications (i.e. CHFM, PMP, LEED AP).
    Proven management / leadership experience, managing project teams, external consultants, and contractors.
    Past experience working for a healthcare organization at the manager level or above, preferably academic medical center.
    Strong knowledge of healthcare construction regulations, including NFPA, FGI, ADA, and Joint Commission standards.
    Ability to develop budgets, manage schedules, and oversee multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
    Proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant design and construction tools.
    Preferred Job Qualifications:
    Master’s Degree in a related field.
    Experience in real estate planning, capital budgeting, or alternative project delivery methods.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee team of project managers and consultants in the design and construction of new projects, renovations, and infrastructure improvements.
    Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects adhere to RUSH’s policies, industry standards, and building codes.
    Provide leadership in space planning, capital budgeting, and project delivery strategies to optimize facility performance.
    Ensure the integration of patient and staff experience, operational efficiencies, and regulatory requirements into facility design and construction.
    Develop and maintain project management policies, procedures, and reporting systems to track project performance, risks, and outcomes.
    Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders, including Facilities Management, Real Estate, Finance, and clinical departments, to align projects with operational needs.
    Participate in capital planning and space committee meetings, providing expertise on facility needs and project feasibility.
    Oversee construction safety, quality control, and risk management practices across all projects.
    Support change management initiatives related to facility upgrades and operational transitions.
    Develop and mentor project management staff, ensuring professional development and high performance.
