      As part of a key strategic growth initiative, the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Program at Rush is expanding its behavioral and cognitive services. We are seeking a dedicated psychiatrist to join our highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. You will work alongside our current movement disorder psychiatrists, two neuropsychologists, and eleven full-time movement disorders specialists to support our integrated mission of exceptional patient care, groundbreaking research, and clinical education.  

      This position is predominantly clinically focused, with built-in opportunities for research collaboration, faculty development, and educational initiatives within Rush Medical College.

      Criteria and Expectations 

      •Specialized Patient Care: Provide high-quality psychiatric care tailored to patients within the behavioral, cognitive, and movement disorders programs. The Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Program represents the most stable program in the Chicagoland area, evaluating approximately 6,000 adult and pediatric patients annually across the full spectrum of movement disorders.

       •Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Maintain an active role in all-discipline team consultation meetings for the Huntington’s Disease Clinic. 

      •Education & Mentorship: Supervise and train psychiatry residents, fellows, and medical students who are integral parts of this robust academic program. 

      •Clinical Research: Engage in clinical research collaborations and contribute to the academic advancement of the department based on your areas of interest. 

      Qualifications & Requirements 

      •Education: Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution.

       •Licensure: Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois. 

      •Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.

       •Expertise: A strong commitment to clinical medicine, patient care, resident education, and research. Additional specialized expertise or fellowship training in neurological diseases, neuropsychiatry, or movement disorders is ideal. 

      •Academic Appointment: Candidates must meet at least the criteria for a faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor level or higher within Rush Medical College.

      Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances.       Pay Range: $263,000 - $337,000 (TCC)

    Responsibilities:
    1.Directs financial planning and analysis, accounting, revenue cycle and business development functions for all of Perioperative and interventional Services
    2.Oversees profit and loss reporting including development of the annual operating and capital budgets, financial reports and business plan reviews that fall under Perioperative and Interventional Services
    3.Provides complex analysis of financial statement results, including variance explanations for revenue, COGS (margin) and all other operating and salary expenses
    4.Develops detailed financial plan including analyzing, identifying, promoting, and implementing plans, policies, and programs to increase revenue, enhance gross margin, expand operating leverage and operating income and develop and lead supply expense reduction initiatives

    Summary:
    Under the general supervision of security leadership, the Security Officer will provide physical protection for people and safeguard property at all Rush System for Health (Rush) facilities. The Security Officer will accomplish this by fixed and/or roving posts and responding to service calls, requests for assistance and emergencies. The Security Officer will report and document infractions of Rush rules, regulations, and policies as well as violations of federal, state, and local laws and/or ordinances.     Required Job Qualifications:
    • High school graduate or GED.
    • Must possess/maintain a valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) from the Illinois Department of
    Finance and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) after successfully completing a 20-hour security guard training course
    from an approved provider.
    • Must possess/maintain a valid Illinois Firearm’s Owner’s Identification Card (FOID) as issued by the Illinois State
    Police.
    • Must have successfully completed a 28-hour firearms training course (including revolver) from a State of Illinois
    approved provider within two (2) years of the Firearms Control Card (FCC) application, or the applicant must show
    proof on the FCC application of requalification with the last year at the time of application.
    • Must be eligible to obtain/maintain an Illinois FCC from the IDFPR within 90 days of employment (including
