6.In the event of multiple requests/limited availability of specialty beds, assesses the patients to determine their immediate clinical requirements and evaluates unit activities/resources to establish the priority for patient transfers/placement across the institution.
7.Maximizes utilization and accuracy of the Tele-tracking system.
8.Notifies appropriate administrative and clinical personnel with potential bed shortage to determine admission priorities.
9.Facilitates collection of admission and discharge data and makes recommendations for systems improvements based on the data.
10.Activates the Rush Peak Census Procedure to prevent the interruption/cancellation of pre-scheduled admissions, procedures, surgeries etc. and to avoid the implementation of the hospital "Bypass" procedure.

The Research Engineer will support lab research by recruiting and scheduling participants, collecting data, and ensuring timely patient follow‑up. They will perform data processing and analysis and collaborate on computational modeling approaches using OpenSim to investigate and develop new therapeutic strategies.
