      Summary:
      Job Summary:
      The Supervisor, Medical Assistant is responsible for the daily management and direct supervision of clinic staff. The Supervisor will have a combination of administrative and direct patient care responsibilities. The Supervisor assists the departmental and clinic leadership in providing frontline leadership during shifts. The Supervisor plans and manages team members and resources to provide the highest quality patient care with trained, professional and competent team members in the most cost-effective manner.       Summary:
      The Provider Relations HR Business Partner (PRBP) is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with employed and affiliated providers across clinical, academic, and administrative domains.       Summary:

      The Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (ID-CPS) is a clinical pharmacy specialist and leader embedded within the Infectious Diseases service at Rush University Medical Center (RUMC). This role provides direct patient care through multidisciplinary ID clinical rounds, supports antimicrobial stewardship initiatives at RUMC, and contributes to the advancement of ID pharmacy practice through research, education, and guideline development. The ID-CPS collaborates with ID physicians, fellows, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize antimicrobial therapy, manage complex infectious diseases, and improve patient outcomes. This position serves as a key faculty member in postgraduate pharmacy training programs and affiliated colleges of pharmacy.

      Required Job Qualifications:
      • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
      • Illinois Pharmacist License.
      • Minimum of four years of Clinical Pharmacy experience OR PGY 1 residency completed within the last seven years, which includes Clinical / Specialty Pharmacy experience.

      • Participate in the Antimicrobial Stewardship Subcommittee of the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee
      • Complete medication use evaluations (MUE) and new drug/therapeutic class reviews for P&T as assigned
      • Conduct and disseminate scholarly and research activities relevant to infectious diseases pharmacotherapy
      • Serve as a core preceptor for PGY1 and PGY2 (Infectious Diseases) pharmacy residents and pharmacy students

        Summary:

        The Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (ID-CPS) is a clinical pharmacy specialist and leader embedded within the Infectious Diseases service at Rush University Medical Center (RUMC). This role provides direct patient care through multidisciplinary ID clinical rounds, supports antimicrobial stewardship initiatives at RUMC, and contributes to the advancement of ID pharmacy practice through research, education, and guideline development. The ID-CPS collaborates with ID physicians, fellows, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize antimicrobial therapy, manage complex infectious diseases, and improve patient outcomes. This position serves as a key faculty member in postgraduate pharmacy training programs and affiliated colleges of pharmacy.

        • Develop and implement evidence-based ID pharmacotherapy guidelines, clinical pathways, and order sets

        • Participate in the Antimicrobial Stewardship Subcommittee of the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee
        • Complete medication use evaluations (MUE) and new drug/therapeutic class reviews for P&T as assigned
        • Conduct and disseminate scholarly and research activities relevant to infectious diseases pharmacotherapy
        • Serve as a core preceptor for PGY1 and PGY2 (Infectious Diseases) pharmacy residents and pharmacy students

            The Program Coordinator supports the Center for Health and Social Care Integration (CHaSCI)and the AmeriCorps workforce development program by coordinating daily operations, implementing program activities, supporting team members in carrying out program deliverables, and ensuring progress toward established goals, timelines, and funding requirements. This role assists with new project implementation, communications initiatives, and ongoing administrative needs. The Coordinator works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver training, policy, and workforce development programs that benefit communities and high-quality service delivery.             • Coordinate scheduling and daily operations for CHaSCI and AmeriCorps programs. 

            • Support implementation of new projects, annual plans, and long‑range program goals. 

            • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and timesheets for AmeriCorps members. 

            • Provide training, guidance, and oversight to AmeriCorps service members. 

            • Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, summaries, and incident records. 

            • Prepare periodic reports and financial summaries for internal and external stakeholders. 

            • Assist in developing and maintaining program metrics, evaluation plans, and tracking systems. 

            • Coordinate program activities with other departments and partners to ensure efficiency and compliance. 

            • Build and maintain relationships with program partners ,CHaSCI advisory board members, and community stakeholders. 

            • Develop and coordinate communications (website updates, newsletters, blog posts, outreach materials). 

            • Create and deliver presentations to community groups, institutions, and other stakeholders. 

            • Support budgeting, fundraising input, and administrative tasks such as setting agendas and managing workgroups.

            Summary:

            The Epic Application Lead autonomously develops, builds, and modifies Epic applications; this strategic role, in particular, will serve as our Epic Testing Lead and Epic BCA (Business Continuity Access) Lead. This role plays a key part in identifying and driving process improvement opportunities to enhance system performance and operational efficiency across the organization. 

            As a core member of the Epic Clinical Business Process and Environments team, this individual will collaborate closely with colleagues who manage Epic environments and release activities, Epic Best Practice Program submissions, Epic infrastructure, and core Epic applications (EMP and SER) - including clinical systems optimization, strategy, testing, and continuity planning. 

            The Epic Applications Lead performs highly complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for Epic applications, while leading and monitoring multiple large-scale projects across functional departments. This role ensures high-quality outcomes through effective communication, collaboration, and technical expertise.

            Responsibilities:

            • Leads and monitors multiple large-scale projects within multiple functional departments.

            Required Job Qualifications:

            • Bachelor’s degree.
            • 7 years of Epic application experience.
            • An Associate degree and nine (9) years of Epic application experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s.
            • Epic certification(s).
            • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize system tools to meet functionality needs of users including proficiency with information systems technology such as Microsoft Office Products.
            • Experienced planning and organizing day-to-day activities, effectively managing more than one task, and meeting established deadlines.
            • Experienced in leading projects, providing expert consultative guidance and direction on change initiatives, effectively dedicating time across more than one project, and meeting established deadlines.
            • Experience leading meetings between business stakeholders, technical resources, and third parties for business requirements and technical solutions.

            Responsibilities:
            • Utilizes required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as defined by the lab area. Labels and processes specimens properly. Performs all laboratory procedures efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision once trained. All testing must be done following Rush approved Policies and Procedures.
            •Performs required quality control (QC) procedures and preventative maintenance, including corrective action and documentation, for all procedures and instrumentation. Recognizes QC problems or discrepancies and attempts to determine the cause of the problem. Notifies the appropriate supervisor or designee regarding QC problems or discrepancies according to the established procedure.
            •Performs basic troubleshooting of equipment and processes with minimal assistance, documents action, and notifies appropriate personnel, for example, supervisors, of problems all the time. Able to recognize when additional help is needed and seek out that help.
            •Keeps work area neat, clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Disinfect the area at the beginning and end of each shift.
            •Accepts no inappropriate specimens. Notifies the appropriate person of specimens that must be drawn or collected again and documents the notification
            •Meets turnaround time expectations by prioritizing and organizing the workload for the shift. Monitors the pending list periodically to ensure turnaround time of all samples.
            •Utilizes time effectively and seeks out additional job duties when shift tasks are complete. Completes work without incurring overtime. Assists fellow workers to finish shift tasks. Adheres to the defined allotted time for breaks and lunch.
            •Required to obtain and document 12 hours of laboratory continuing education per year.
            •Accepts and/or volunteers for method evaluations and new procedure development or other special projects and completes them within an agreed upon time frame. Participates in procedure implementation and training of new staff and students. Encouraged to identify and participate in process improvement projects.
            •May perform the duties of the tech-in-charge for specified periods. Oversees operations according to departmental guidelines. Understands when to defer issues to appropriate personnel, for example, a supervisor or director, and does so.
            •Reviews lab results as required and takes appropriate action before verification and release. Recognizes and calls critical results within defined time frames. Reviews paper-generated results and transcribes them accurately into the Lab Information.Additional Job Components
