      1.Minimum of 9 months of experience in nursing

      4.RNs hired prior to 10/22/2020 are grandfathered in with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or diploma in nursing, with no further need to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BAN or BSN).
      5.Chief Nursing Officer must provide approval for any RNs with ADN degree hired after 10/22/2020, based upon unit need. ADN RNs hired after 10/22/2020 must show continued enrolment towards a BSN degree with a signature of contract stipulating a BSN degree must be completed within 3 years of hire. ADN RNS are not eligible for leveling to RN3.
      6. Prior to leveling to RN2, RN must show consistent proficient performance at RN1 position or equivalent experience.

      Summary:

      The Epic Application Lead autonomously develops, builds, and modifies Epic applications; this strategic role, in particular, will serve as our Epic Testing Lead and Epic BCA (Business Continuity Access) Lead.       •Required to obtain and document 12 hours of laboratory continuing education per year.

      •May perform the duties of the tech-in-charge for specified periods. Oversees operations according to departmental guidelines. Understands when to defer issues to appropriate personnel, for example, a supervisor or director, and does so.

    Summary:
    The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting Physicians, Mid-Level Practitioners, and Registered Nurses with the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients in an ambulatory care setting. The Medical Assistant assumes responsibility for maintaining patient flow, the upkeep of exam and treatment rooms, and performing basic skills such as vital signs and point of care testing.     • Composes, prepares and distributes correspondence, agendas, reports and schedules.
