• Utilizes required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as defined by the lab area. Labels and processes specimens properly. •Performs required quality control (QC) procedures and preventative maintenance, including corrective action and documentation, for all procedures and instrumentation. Recognizes QC problems or discrepancies and attempts to determine the cause of the problem. The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Quality and Compliance Administrator is responsible for managing data to support institutional oversight of residency and fellowship programs. They play a critical role in the administration of institutional GME operations with a primary focus on accreditation. They are responsible for program quality and compliance monitoring and reporting processes under the supervision of the Accreditation and Improvement Manager. They apply knowledge of graduate medical education and accreditation requirements to contextualize data reporting and make recommendations for compliance and improvement activities. They report on compliance and accreditation requirements to the Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC) and other institutional stakeholders. The GME Program Quality and Compliance Administrator will manage multiple projects and competing priorities while providing high-quality, polished work to stakeholders and colleagues.
