Summary:

Summary:
System Antimicrobial Stewardship – Infectious Diseases Pharmacist (ASP-ID) is a clinical pharmacy specialist and leader responsible for the development, implementation, and documentation of the antimicrobial stewardship program (ASP) across Rush University Health System (Rush). This includes providing multidisciplinary education on safe antimicrobial use, creating and implementing guidelines, collaborating with multidisciplinary clinicians, administrators, and support staff across the system, and analyzing metrics for antimicrobial utilization to satisfy new and existing CDC and Joint Commission standards. Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Senior Clinical Application Analyst to support and enhance clinical systems that power patient care and operational efficiency across our organization. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of clinical applications, partnering closely with clinical, informatics, and IT teams to deliver impactful technology solutions.
As a senior analyst, you will lead efforts to translate clinical and operational requirements into effective system configurations, ensuring applications are optimized to support evolving business needs. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of clinical systems—including implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, testing, and ongoing maintenance—while continuously identifying opportunities to improve workflows and system performance.
This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in clinical application support, healthcare IT systems, and system integration. You’ll serve as a key liaison between technical teams and clinical stakeholders, helping to drive improvements that enhance user experience, streamline processes, and support high-quality patient care.

The Clinical Research Nurse 1 (CRN 1) is a licensed nurse who delivers clinical care to research participants while supporting the conduct of clinical studies under the direction of a Principal Investigator (PI). Working as part of a multidisciplinary research team, this role assists with participant recruitment, eligibility screening, informed consent, and protocol adherence.
The CRN 1 monitors participants for changes in health status, manages adverse event reporting, and administers study medications when applicable. The nurse educates physicians and staff on study procedures and keeps the clinical team informed about protocol updates and participant status changes.
This entry-level research nursing role requires strong foundational nursing skills, a willingness to learn clinical research regulations, and the ability to communicate with diverse participants and care teams.
