The Rush University System for Health Internal Audit Department covers RUSH University Medical Center hospital, Rush Oak Park Hospital, RUSH Copley Medical Center, Rush University, and Rush Health.
RUSH Internal Audit performs Financial, Operational, Clinical, Technology, Construction and Information Security audits based up risk principals. Additionally, it performs risk and controls consultative reviews to partner with the business to proactive assess risk.
The position interacts with various levels of management and multiple business processes across the entire RUSH Health System. External training opportunities are provided annually to all members of the Rush Internal Audit team. There is minimal travel required for this job. Summary:
The Program Coordinator supports the Center for Health and Social Care Integration (CHaSCI)and the AmeriCorps workforce development program by coordinating daily operations, implementing program activities, supporting team members in carrying out program deliverables, and ensuring progress toward established goals, timelines, and funding requirements. This role assists with new project implementation, communications initiatives, and ongoing administrative needs. The Coordinator works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver training, policy, and workforce development programs that benefit communities and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling and daily operations for CHaSCI and AmeriCorps programs.
Support implementation of new projects, annual plans, and long‑range program goals.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and timesheets for AmeriCorps members.
Provide training, guidance, and oversight to AmeriCorps service members.
Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, summaries, and incident records.
Prepare periodic reports and financial summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in developing and maintaining program metrics, evaluation plans, and tracking systems.
Coordinate program activities with other departments and partners to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Build and maintain relationships with program partners ,CHaSCI advisory board members, and community stakeholders.
Develop and coordinate communications (website updates, newsletters, blog posts, outreach materials).
Create and deliver presentations to community groups, institutions, and other stakeholders.
Support budgeting, fundraising input, and administrative tasks such as setting agendas and managing workgroups.
Implementstaffcommunityagreementdedicated to inclusion and equity.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Summary:
The Epic Application Lead autonomously develops, builds, and modifies Epic applications; this strategic role, in particular, will serve as our Epic Testing Lead and Epic BCA (Business Continuity Access) Lead. This role plays a key part in identifying and driving process improvement opportunities to enhance system performance and operational efficiency across the organization.
As a core member of the Epic Clinical Business Process and Environments team, this individual will collaborate closely with colleagues who manage Epic environments and release activities, Epic Best Practice Program submissions, Epic infrastructure, and core Epic applications (EMP and SER) - including clinical systems optimization, strategy, testing, and continuity planning.
The Epic Applications Lead performs highly complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for Epic applications, while leading and monitoring multiple large-scale projects across functional departments. This role ensures high-quality outcomes through effective communication, collaboration, and technical expertise.
