Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and execution of capital projects ranging in scope and complexity, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare facilities planning & design, project management, construction administration.
• Professional licensure (Architect, Engineer) or related industry certifications (i.e. CHFM, PMP, LEED AP).
• Proven management / leadership experience, managing project teams, external consultants, and contractors.
• Past experience working for a healthcare organization at the manager level or above, preferably academic medical center.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction regulations, including NFPA, FGI, ADA, and Joint Commission standards.

The AARTS Center is a clinical research program dedicated to addressing the unmet needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities across the lifespan. The LCSW provides clinical consultation to assess and treat individuals and their family members in a multidisciplinary outpatient practice setting, on inpatient, and hospital units and within the home and school communities. Insight and direction for AARTS Center clients will be offered to ensure that clients are connected to other services and support in the community, at school or in another appropriate setting. The LCSW works in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors and other members of the AARTS Center’s multi-disciplinary team.
