The Service Coordinator works with families located in Chicago's Northside neighborhoods, up to and including Evanston and will be required to travel to these locations.

Summary:
The Service Coordinator I with Child and Family Connections assists in determining eligibility for designated services and enables families to receive their rights, procedural safeguards, and services that are authorized under the state’s early intervention program. The Service Coordinator builds relationships that include providing information to families and coordinating information among multiple service providers. The service coordinator maximizes the use of existing resources and refers families to any other needed services, tailoring the unique circumstances of each individual child and family. Required Job Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field such as early childhood special education, social work or psychology.
•Must meet requirements to obtain Illinois Department of Human Services Part C Early Intervention Service Coordination Credential.
•Successful completion of state-sponsored Service Coordinator, Systems Overview, and Cornerstone trainings are required.
•Ability to gather information, format reports, and present outcome of work assigned.
•Interpersonal skills are integral to the position and the ability to coordinate activities with many disciplines toward one goal is essential.
•Case management experience is essential.

Responsibilities:
•Provides direction to families on the early intervention system in the state and local area, including their rights and availability of services.
•Assists families in identifying available service options, including the availability of advocacy services.
•Gathers all pertinent medical, developmental and social information for the child and family and coordinates the performance of evaluations and assessments in a timely manner.
•Facilitates and participates in the development, review, evaluation and maintenance of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).

Summary:
Under the general direction of the Asset Manager, the Senior IT Asset Procurement Analyst is responsible for assessing, tracking, and fulfilling requests for hardware, software, and other IT equipment. This includes engaging in requirements gathering, obtaining options and quotes, submitting orders, tracking status, completing updates and communications, and addressing any issues during the fulfillment process.

The Senior IT Asset Procurement Analyst may also review the work of procurement analysts that are not yet at the senior level to ensure compliance, bring forth issues, and continually improve performance and process.

Purchases
•Screen requests for IT equipment and software to ensure purchases meet compliance, cyber requirements, and established standards.

The Request Management Process Owner oversees Request Management processes and solutions in Digital and Information Services (D&IS) at Rush University Medical Center. The Process Owner implements consistent and effective Request processes according to industry standards and best practices. Process design also includes data-driven continual assessment and improvement.
The incumbent works with various customer groups to understand service workflows and fulfillment activities, translating those workflows and needs into request solutions. In conjunction with an ITSM team and ServiceNow developers, the Process Owner facilitates the design, implementation, and maintenance of customer-facing Request Catalogs in ServiceNow. The Process Owner tracks and facilitates changes to the Request Catalog, portal, and related tools. The Process owner leads related communication and planning efforts by engaging resources and ensuring collaboration across various levels, functions, departments, and technical groups.

Pay Range: $43.60 - $78.04 per hour

Summary:
The Revenue Integrity RN position will use collaboration, assessments, training skills, and clinical knowledge to ensure that patient charges are accurate. In a hybrid/remote setting, the Revenue Integrity Nurse RN reviews charges and clinical documentation, initiates and leads performance improvement efforts, and educates clinical departments about charging while promoting revenue integrity. Required Job Qualifications:
•Current State of Illinois RN Licensure
•Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
•Five years of clinical nursing experience using Epic software
•Mathematical skills related to pharmaceutical dose and unit calculations
•Understanding of clinical charging
•Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
•Strong interpersonal skills necessary for the communication and training of Revenue Integrity concepts
•Ability to perform multiple tasks with excellent time management skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
Preferred Job Qualifications:
•Experience with Epic work queues, CPT/HCPCS codes, UB-04 Revenue Codes, Modifiers, and NCCI edits
•Charge audit or finance-related experience
•AHIMA or AAPC Certification (CCS, CCA,, CPC, COC, CPMA, RHIT or RHIA)
•Procedural nursing including Operating room, Labor and Delivery, Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, or Emergency Room

Responsibilities:
1.Connects the Clinical Operations knowledge and experience to the Revenue Integrity, charge description master (CDM), charge capture and metrics to ensure accurate revenue and reimbursement
2.Improves revenue results by optimizing and improving the clinical, operational, and revenue integrity processes related to patient charges
3.Builds relationships within the revenue cycle, and engage clinical areas of the organization that serve as mutually beneficial partnerships
4.Reviews CPT/HCPCS descriptions and charges with clinical documentation to ensure compliant charging
5.Identifies services performed in the clinical department for individual patients that need to be built in the Charge Description Master (CDM)or be charged on a patient’s account based on CPT/HCPCS descriptions compared to clinical activities. Adjusts charges on patient accounts as needed.
6.Identifies chargeable supplies, implants, devices, and pharmaceuticals
7.Identifies and trouble-shoots charging, CDM, or clinical documentation issues and works with ancillary departments to resolve
8.Provides recommendations on cost-containment related to charges, for clinical areas
9.Contributes to internal controls to ensure compliance with charging regulations
10.Serves as a clinical resource and subject matter resource (SME) for Revenue Cycle teammates
11.Works collaboratively with clinical staff, operations, ancillary departments, teammates, and vendors
12.Identifies patterns, trends, variances, and opportunities to improve charging accuracy
13.Engages clinical departments in revenue integrity; research code and charge questions as requested
14.Provides education to clinical departments to promote appropriate charge capture processes and documentation requirements for specific charge activity
15.Engages in development and growth in the Revenue Integrity Nurse specialty
